I don't know if I would kill a man over this sandwich.

I've been cooking for 15 plus years and I'm also the co founder of Tita Boys Burger Pop up.

My ideal chicken sandwich, you got the super soft bun and then you go through that and then you hit glass.

Crispy fried chicken, which is a nice crunch and good seasonings.

The there needs to be a good sauce and then something acidic.

Remember when people are going crazy for Popeye's chicken sandwiches?

They're keeping it simple with just a sauce and pickles, which is totally fine.

I can definitely tell that they're throwing some MSG in the marinade cause it's very umami.

I'm gonna check out how big the chicken itself is.

That's a pretty big piece of chicken on there.

I don't know if I would kill a man over this sandwich, but it is really good.

There's a lot more they could be doing here.

Some chefs and everything are raving about.

This chicken sandwich smells completely different from the other one.

There's like a little mayo on there, but that's about it.

If you're gonna go this simple, you have nowhere to hide.

So I'm expecting this chicken to be perfectly crispy, perfectly juicy, and perfectly Seasoned.

This one's a little better seasoned than the Popeyes.

I need that little bite of acid in there.

I don't like the bun, so I'm going to give it an Overall score of 3 out of 5.

I guess underwhelming, so I'm gonna give this a 3.5.

Just slightly behind that Popeyes Chicken sand.

This is like twice the size of the jollibee sandwich.

So we have a little bit of sesame seed on the bun.

There are like six sesame seeds on this bun, which is cracking me up.

I would not throw lettuce into a sandwich that you're throwing a bunch of hot chicken into because it's just gonna wilt down.

You know, I think it could go plus or minus the lettuce.

I don't think the lettuce adds anything, personally.
