Note:
… I didn’t sleep well last night ,so I was a little tired when I woke up this morning, but hey don’t worry, I got myself a cup of coffee on my way to the office. With my own thermos(保溫瓶) not a paper cup from the store, of course. And now I’m enjoying my coffee and the energy boost it brought me. I love coffee not only the stimulating(刺激性的) effect but also because I really love the smell of it. My dad is also a coffee lover, so we have a lot of different tools for making coffee at home. We have four kinds of brewing machines, three kinds of coffee bean grinders, and I believe we’ll have roaster in the near future. So as you can see, we make coffee at home quite often, that’s why my house actually smells like a coffee shop. My body is sensitive to caffeine ,so drinking coffee can help me stay focused and awake, which is nice. But on the other hand, I can’t enjoy afternoon tea with coffee because then I won’t be able to sleep at night. This is really a dilemma(進退兩難) to me. Does anyone have the same problem? I bet you do. Coffee can be a useful beverage for energy boost. But over relying on it is undoubtedly a bad thing. Keeping a regular daily routine and exercising are better ways to have more natural energy. But before that, the most important thing to do now is practice our sentence today.
