… this is my first ever Wednesday show, we’ll get used to it together. There are a lot of new hosts recently, new faces, new voices, I hope you like them as much as I do. Okay, enough chat chat, let’s talk about today’s topic.
Wait, I just notice something, I think I gained some weight, when I talked just now, I felt my double chin coming out. My arms and my thighs are so big, and my butt is getting bigger too. This is very bad. All the new hosts look so good and I look like a pig. I need to change that.
Intermittent Fasting, my friends have discussed it and they say it works. All I have to do is fast for a period of time. That’s not hard, right? But I thought not eating is supposed to be not good for the body. My parents told me hundreds of time not to skip meals, especially breakfast.
So how does Intermittent Fasting work? What are [[the ? counts]] ? Should I really go for it? Well, I’ll find a video about it and we can see it together, how about that? But first, let’s take a look at today’s sentence. After that, perhaps I’ll share a personal experience with you guys. So be sure to listen till the end.
When you're starving, you've run out of those energy sources and are breaking down vital tissues like organs to get that same energy.

4.
tissue [ˋtɪʃʊ] (n.)

As I promised, I’m going to share an experience with you. To be honest, I did try Intermittent Fasting last year. It’s not hard for me at all because I don’t actually care of food. And guess what? It did work, I did lose 8 kilograms using this method. I also did start going to the gym. But you know as a girl, you know what’s important, your period(生理期). After a while for me, it kinda stopped. Your body is not okay to have a baby under these circumstances(情況). And that’s bad. So my advice is that Intermittent Fasting is not for everybody. Before you try it, you really need to think about your physical condition. And by the way, your beautiful just the way you are.
