The second definition for arrange is to make preparations (準備) for. * to arrange a reception(接待) for the visitor
The third definition for arrange is to adapt a musical composition(樂曲) by scoring for voices or instruments other than those[for which] originally written.
There is a huge difference in meaning of whether if you put for after arrange. If you simply use arrange that means to plan(計畫). I think it’s a question that I avoid to go deep with recently since I just started my new job for a short time. I am blessed to have very considerate senior colleagues to teach me everything there. But somehow I still think that I don’t fit in there. Maybe the reason is that I am a free spirit, so it will be better for me to conduct a project on my own. Anyway, I am still working on the question about wether I love this job or not.
