Today, I'm sharing all of my favorite kitchen hacks using a packet of ramen.

But you might not think of like, nutrient rich family favorite dinners that are like, filling and delicious.

But that is what I'm sharing with you today.

I am sharing all of my family's favorite dinners that are nutrient rich, filling and absolutely delicious using a packet of ramen.

We're starting today with this taco ramen.

Might not have ever seen anything like this before, but let me tell you, it is delicious.

Just break up a pound of ground beef, cook it through.

You're not going to use the seasoning packet, so just set the seasoning packet to the side.

we're just not going to use the seasoning packets for this recipe.

To my cooked ground beef, add in three, four cup of salsa.

Three tablespoons of water, A tablespoon and a half of taco seasoning.

That will add such rich, delicious flavor.

You want the cream cheese to melt down, so just let this cook on a lower heat for a few minutes, stirring it occasionally.

Now that my ramen's tender, I'm just going to strain it back over to my taco meat.

Now that my cream cheese is melted down, I'm adding in a drained can of beans.

I just had kidney beans in my pantry, so that's what I used.

Also add in a cup of Mexican style cheese.

Once the cheese melts down, grab the pot with the cooked ramen in it and then stir this taco mixture in with the ramen.

Be prepared for a seriously delicious dinner.

We topped ours with a little bit of cheese, green onions and fresh tomatoes.

I'm going to be making this more often just because it truly is so good.

It's kind of like a taco Mac but with ramen.

So it's just delicious and has a wonderful texture.

This is very similar to the dumpling bake I made in the viral TikTok recipes video from a couple weeks ago, but

Then add one can of coconut milk just right into the bottom of your pan.

Then add a tablespoon of minced garlic and minced ginger.

Next, add in 3 tablespoons of red curry paste.

And then you're going to add in 2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce.

You'll also add in one tablespoon of honey.

This just adds a tad bit of sweetness and it just really completes the meal in my opinion.

As some of you know, my lime juicer sl like lemon juicer has been missing and it is still missing to this day, believe it or not.

But I am going to go on a search for it soon.

You want all the ingredients to get combined together and you want it to look like a beautiful coral, like orange color.

Next, add in a cup and a half of chopped spinach, three packets of ramen.

You might have to break up the ramen just a little bit, and that is totally fine.

Bake this in a preheated oven to 350 degrees for about 35 to 45 minutes.

You basically want that ramen to be cooked through and if it's not completely cooked on the top when it's out of the oven, that is totally fine.

Just remove the foil and since it's going to be so hot in general, like the sauce, just give it a little stir and then the rest of the ramen will complete cooking as you stir it.

But what I'm doing is I'm adding a little bit of chili oil flakes over the top.

That's just going to give it a little bit extra flavor.

I'm also adding sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

But you could add anything to the top of this that you'd like.

I feel like lime juice is just so good in this dish.

It is like the most delicious, rich sauce.

So this is very affordable to throw together.

If you wanted to, you could add like cubed chicken into this to give it extra protein.

Now we're making this ramen chicken Alfredo.

Anyway, I'm just starting on the Alfredo sauce.

I'm using these two packets of nor Alfredo sauce.

I've always wanted to try this, like, powdered sauce mix.

I know, like jars of Alfredo sauce aren't as good as like homemade Alfredo sauce.

So I was really excited to try these powder packets.

So all you have to do is add milk to your pot along with the packets.

I'm using two packets because I'm making a large baking dish of this like chicken Alfredo.

But you could of course use one packet and half the recipe.

Or you could use jarred Alfredo sauce or homemade Alfredo sauce for this recipe.

But while my sauce is thickening up, I'm just going to start on my chicken.

This is like the refrigerated rotisserie chicken.

I love using part of these for dinner and then like freezing the other part of the chicken for another dinner or like a lunch.

Now I'm adding six packets of ramen just to the bottom of my baking dish.

Over the top of the ramen, I'm sprinkling one seasoning packet.

I'm only using one of the seasoning packets just because it will give it some added flavor.

But we don't want it to be like overpowering with that ramen seasoning.

Now I'm adding my cooked shredded chicken.
