Hey, I'm Zach, better known as Chefin with Zach and I make cooking videos for a living.

Today I'm ranking frozen Trader Joe's food.

Trader Joe's is a staple in our household.

I'm not gonna sit on a high horse and be like, oh, you need to cook yourself a five star meal every time you eat.

I've had so many people ask me if I've tried the chicken tikka masala from Trader Joe's and it seems to very loved be honest.

The whole thing smells very full of spice.

I love cumin, so I'm excited about the cumin rice.

My roommates always have the Trader Joe's frozen rice and I'm always like, why wouldn't you just cook rice on the stove top?

This is actually more of a mix between butter chicken and chicken tikka masala.

Traditional chicken tikka masala doesn't have fenugreek cashews.

I guess the cashews add a little body and creaminess to it.

Fenugreek, the secret to all great curries.

Yeah, something about it is a little bland to me.

My quality rating based off what I've seen out of frozen food, so this is probably at the top.

Like, if I were to compare this to other frozen food, this would be sitting way high.

This is also like a 4.6 out of 5 as well.

But why would you get them in Chinatown when you could get them at Trader Joe's?

I actually think I have a case of these in my freezer right now.

I'd say that you gotta be careful with these.

I didn't know it was like a soup dumpling.

I might have to use my hands for this one.

That's pretty much all that's going on in there.

Could be a little bigger, but it's not bad.

Those are probably my favorite frozen dumplings that I've had a fire weeknight dinner would be just make some of these, Maybe pan fry them to get them a little crispy, and

then just throw it on top of a salad with some vinaigrette.

You know, sometimes the dumplings can be chewy or over doughy.
