I watch a lot of what I eat in a day vlogs myself.

I really enjoy them, especially if the person is from a country that I've never lived in myself.

I find it so interesting to see what kind of things they're eating because the weather is suddenly so amazing today.

I've decided to do something a little fancy for lunch.

But the breakfast and the dinner that I'll be showing you are things that I've been making several times a week.

So I start every single morning off with a delicious and nutritious breakfast of thyroid medication.

I have to take this every single morning and evening.

It's a huge pain in the ass if you're new to my channel.

I had half of my thyroid and some lymph nodes removed due to a tumor two years ago, I think it was.

Now, unfortunately, you need a working thyroid to live.

So now I take replacement thyroid hormones, T4 as well as T3.

The T4 didn't really work for me until we started started adding in the T3 as well.

FYI, in case you also have thyroid problems and you're curious.

And then I make sure to drink tons of water.

I am always filling up this awesome cup that I got on Amazon.

I just keep refilling it and sipping at it all day.

So this is what I eat for breakfast probably five or six times a week.

Sometimes we'll have oatmeal, but mostly it's eggs and veggies and kimchi.

My thyroid doctor gave me a huge list of foods that I'm not supposed to be eating because my thyroid sucks.

And honestly, it's extremely overwhelming.

Mostly because lots of the foods on the list were foods that I've grown up eating my entire life.

Some of my favorite foods like broccoli and tofu and kale.

So I've had to kind of rework the meals that I eat on a regular basis to include less of these foods.

I try to cook a lot at home so that I know exactly what's going into my food.

And if I do eat out or order something delivery, I try to find things that have simple ingredients so I know exactly what I'm eating and I can avoid the things that I'm supposed to avoid.

Maybe in the future I'll be able to do that.

But right now I'm just trying to limit those things as much as possible.

After breakfast, I'll always have one Brazil nut because this gives me my daily recommended intake of selenium, which is really good for thyroid function.

But up until yesterday, it was probably about 10 degrees.

But I thought today would be the perfect time to use this really adorable picnic set that Chris got me for Christmas years ago.

I'm going to invite Ushka out for a picnic, enjoy the sun, and

T. I kind of wanted to know what this tastes like.

No idea how to eat it or how to cook it, but

we're really curious and it's on sale for 200 yen, so we're going to try it.
