Alright guys, the next trick we have for you here is the dive roll.

Now this roll is going to be just like our forward roll.

Gerund

The only difference is instead of standing placing our hands first, we're going to do our jump first, placing our hands down right before we do our roll.

Let's see one of these first before we get started.

Alright, so let's get into this one a little bit.

First thing that we're going to do, we're going to start down in our ninja squat nice and low.

With our hands in front of us, we're going to ready to catch.

From here we're going to start to lean forward and we're going to do a very small jump into our roll to get a little bit comfortable with the balance of moving forward and rolling over.

Once you're comfortable with that, we're going to go ahead and make that jump just a little bit bigger each time, remembering of course, to use our hands for good balance and bending them down into our shoulders for a nice smooth roll out through the front.

Once you get comfortable with that, we'll go ahead and just start adding a couple steps, going a little bit faster so we can get a quicker SM their dive roll and stand up fast on the other side and that's our dive roll.
