I'm chopping up a really quick marinade for chicken right now.

Southeast Asian flavors don't get enough love and attention, I think.

Although I am Korean, and there's someone else doing a Korean sandwich here.

We're doing a Korean fried chicken sandwich with a honey soy garlic sauce.

And then I'm going to get started on the dredge, which is going to be some potato starch, all-purpose flour, panko.
