If there are things going on externally and the world right now is in a bit of a state of flux, I think we can all agree with that.

As the world right now is in this state of flux and chaos and uncertainty and change, likely there is a level of that also going on within you.

And that is just simply a reflection back to you, getting you to turn inwards.

If you're feeling this way, it means you need to shine your light and bring your attention to it.

That is how it will then transcend and you can then move beyond it.

Hello, my name is Linda Rayner, and the intention of this channel is to help you to find clarity, confidence, and peace from the inside out.

So before I went into sitting down and writing out the notes for what I wanted to say for this video, I did do a bit of a meditation.

And in my meditation, I received guidance as to what the intention for this video is.

And so what I wrote down was the intention is to inspire, uplift, and encourage those who are currently feeling stuck, confused, and lost on their path.

And this could be career-wise, perhaps you're feeling lost, which a lot of my clients are sort of in that phase where they're realizing that things are shifting within them.

And so their careers are starting to reflect that as well.

Or it could just be your life direction in general.

You're wondering what the next steps are.

A lot of you, if you've been watching me for a while, you started off watching me at a time when you wanted to get a new job and you needed help with your interviews and you needed help with your resume.

And I still help people from that perspective.

That is still what I do as a career strategist, but there's another side of me that is wanting to go deeper and to help you from an energetic place, especially if this is you, where you are currently feeling stuck, lost, and confused as to what's next.

So just to give you a bit of an outline in today's video, what I'm going to share is what I'm currently sensing from those of you who are currently watching this video.

There's an energetic exchange here, so I can sense your energy.

And if this doesn't resonate with you, of course, this just means this isn't meant for you.

But from what I'm sensing from you and what's going on right now for many of you, then I want to share with you two key messages that came through as I did my meditation that I want to talk about.

So let's jump right in into what it is that I'm sensing.

What I am sensing right now is, first of all, the world is changing and has been changing very rapidly over the last little while.

AI, I talk about this pretty often, is AI has been something that just sort of, it felt like it just came out of the blue and it is now playing a big role in our lives.

It has shifted our perspective in many ways too, from a subconscious, unconscious level, but also it's shifting the way that we are functioning and operating in terms of our careers, how we see ourselves, where our careers are going.

And so I think a lot of people, from a career perspective, they're feeling stuck because they're starting to see that maybe for you, you're thinking that your career, the job that you went to school for, that you've been working so hard in, has shaped itself a little differently because of AI and because of the way the world is changing.

Another thing that I'm also sensing is that what you had envisioned for yourself and your life and the idea of working a nine to five and wanting to continue to stay on that path for the next 10, 20, 30 years, that there's a feeling within you that's also shifting about that, that you maybe don't necessarily see yourself working that rigid schedule anymore.

And for many of you, it's even beyond that.

You're not just working nine to five, you're working well beyond that.

I'm feeling a lot of people feeling that they want more flexibility, they want more freedom, they want a sense of control over their lives, and they want their lives and their careers to meld into one where you wake up and you don't see work as separate from your life.

It's all in one where it's easy, it's flowing.

And there are people out there who are doing exactly this.

I'm not going to talk about how to start a business or how to freelance.

What we're actually talking more about is the place where you're at emotionally.

I want to talk about what it is that you're feeling right now and why it is that you're feeling this way.

And what I've been feeling is even though right now I'm in Canada, the spring weather has already started to show, it's getting warmer out, it's starting to feel like spring and summer.

There are many of us who are carrying heavy hearts.

There are many of us who are carrying this sense of uncertainty.

That was the word that came through, uncertainty about what's next.

I think that's the best way to describe it.

And for many of us, we love to know, well, what are the next few steps?

What does life look like for me beyond this uncertainty?

Who can tell me what is going to show up for me?

And this is where I want to help you because this uncertainty is actually a great place to be.

This uncertainty means that you are in a state of inner transformation.

And I don't know if you have acknowledged that for yourself.

You've already seen and noticed perhaps that you're not the same person that you were even just maybe six months ago.

All of a sudden you feel as though your self-awareness and your level of openness is starting to shift and expand.

You're starting to feel more open to the idea that perhaps I'm not just my career.

And the messages that I wanted to share through that relates to this, the first says, protect your creative energy.

That was the first message that I received.

And so I want to explain what this means.

Whether we know it or not, you are creating everything in your life through your subconscious, unconscious, and conscious decisions and actions that you're taking.

How you wake up in the morning, the way that you talk to your spouse or your children, the way that you carry yourself, the choices that you make throughout the day.

All of those many choices and actions are creating your reality, creating your life.

So you have to recognize and know if you haven't necessarily consciously recognized it yet, is that you are a creator.

Right now, we are all very much tethered to our phones.

And the issue with that is that we are giving away our attention and our energy to things that are outside of us that don't necessarily fuel us from a creative aspect.

Because we are creators, we have creative energy.

But if we're not utilizing that creative energy, and instead we are giving it away by scrolling, we're not living from that space.

And instead, we're leaking that outwards.

That is actually what's perpetuating this cycle and this feeling of anxiety, this feeling of overwhelm, this feeling of uncertainty and worry and lack of clarity.

There is no way that you can get clear on who you are and what you want if you are constantly giving your creative energy away to the phone, the social media apps, and other people.

And I know you're probably thinking this is ironic because I'm watching you.

Well, yes, you're watching me, but I'm not here to tell you to just keep watching me for the sake of watching me to take your attention away.

I mean, that's my pure intention, helping you to redirect your energy back to yourself.

The creative energy that you have still exists within you.

It is infinite, but you need to tap into that.

So that is why the first message is to protect your creative energy.

Because what happens is when you acknowledge and you set boundaries for yourself, and you acknowledge that you have this creative potential within you, that is when you are able to then start to hear your inner guidance, and you are able to then tap into what's next for you.

So if you're able to tap into that, what happens is you start to consciously create your life.

You're able to take actions that are fueled from a deeper place, but a higher place.

You're able to receive the guidance that you need as to what's next.

So when you're feeling stuck, you need to ask yourself, am I unconsciously creating my reality or am I consciously creating it?

And if you want to consciously create it, it means stepping into the truth of who you are, tuning inwards, listening to your inner guidance.

It is going into the void of just clearing my mind, seeing nothing, and allowing myself, my inner world to reorganize itself.

That's how I'm able to gain clarity, is I give myself the time and attention that I need to be able to regroup.

It could be shifting away from certain people and untethering yourself from certain relationships.

I mean, your heart will guide you in the direction of what's right.

And you have to trust that if your heart is pulling you in a certain direction, it's there for a reason.

And sometimes our hearts pull us in a certain direction and we realize that perhaps that's not exactly the end state that we want to head into or the end goal.

Maybe your heart, for example, will say, yes, this job is good.

And you recognize that this job is good for now, but it's not going to be the job for the next, however long, maybe it's not the career path for however long.
