I am going to visit the house to see if I can talk to the person who lives there.

I have never done an interview before, and I am very nervous.

A woman who looks like my grandmother answered the door.

She said her name was Miss Lou, and that she would be happy to answer my questions.

She knew all about the mansion and the fire.

I learned that the Martin family donated a lot of money to the city to help build the library and the hospital.

After the fire, they decided to move away and let the city have their land.

I asked Miss Lou if she knew the Martins.

She smiled and said no one had ever asked her that before.

When she told me the answer, I couldn't believe it.
