Intro:
Hi, VoiceTubers, welcome back to my weekly episode. Our video of the day talks about periods. Period is short for menstrual period or menstruation which most girls/women on Earth would go through, usually starting around age 12. The cycle happens approximately once every 28 days and lasts anywhere between two to seven days. I must say it’s the time of the month I dread the most because it makes me fatigued and it’s just a hassle having to remember to make trips to the bathroom frequently. Sometimes I get painful muscle cramps in the tummy, too. If you’re a girl, I bet you can totally relate to this. But if you’re a guy, you might have experienced the period too - by this I mean you might have been affected by a woman’s crazy mood swings. It’s not our fault that our hormones make us extra fragile around this time each month. Guys, please be considerate and understand that PMS (premenstrual syndrome) is really a thing and try not to be too irritating, okay?
Now let’s have a listen to our sentence of the day:

Outro:
So today’s video explains how the menstruation cycle occurs on repeat each month, and happens approximately 450 times during a woman’s life. I bet every girl remembers the first time they got their period, and probably also has a couple of embarrassing stories relating to menstruation. Don’t worry, I’m too embarrassed to share mine here also, so let’s keep them to ourselves, girls.
While there are plenty of things I don’t love about my period, I do find it fascinating how a woman’s body works, how this also allows us girls to get pregnant and create a living creature inside us! Life is amazing and we should learn to appreciate it. Alright guys, that’s it for today. Don't forget to record your sentence and I’ll see you again next week. Bye for now.
