If I know someone who is in a toxic relationship, I’ll tell them to have an open talk with their partner first. If this doesn’t change anything, they should just simply leave that relationship. After all, they might not be the right person for each other.

If someone is in a toxic relationship, he or she needs to take action to have a conversation with each other about their relationship and come up with a resolution of a peaceful relationship. If it doesn't work, probably they are not an appropriate match.
