  • everyone we're gonna go ahead and get started thank you

  • so much for taking the time out of your busy schedule to be on this call, I

  • apologize for the short notice

  • we've actually been working on the details of this announcement

  • for quite some time now and we finally have it all figured out

  • and we are so excited to share with you what what we are going to be talking

  • about

  • today so thank you for being on the call

  • and as promised we have some really big news and some really exciting things

  • to talk about and I'm just going to turn the time over to Sean to share a couple of things with you

  • so team just a couple of housekeeping things

  • the call will be recorded and so you'll be able to

  • get a copy of the recording we will post it will come out an email later on

  • so you'll have all the ability in the world on this call out to your teams and

  • share as much as you need to know

  • wanted to just talk a little bit about

  • thanks really in large part you guys we

  • have been blessed we have grown as a company

  • we had no idea when we started this out of our basement

  • well really Annelise did, I was at work

  • you know 3-4 I guess it's almost been five years now

  • that this was going to turn into a multi-million dollar company we

  • just had no idea

  • and it's just been an exciting journey and

  • as we've started to really grow thanks in large part

  • all of your efforts and all of your work we recognized

  • Fully that Annelise and I have

  • very little to do with it at this point it's really all about you and what you

  • do

  • and we're grateful everyday for that and we're growing fast we've always felt in

  • the back of our minds that

  • this concept was so great that the message of infinite worth was so important

  • and

  • that Annelise's story gave hope and dreams to people

  • that, you know we're just trying to get it out

  • trying to find a way

  • that we knew we could do something great so we decided

  • to really start looking in for ways to pour

  • some fuel on the Mialisia fire and really take it to that next

  • effort and explode it and to do that we need to get some resources

  • yeah we kinda discovered that when you're building a brand new company

  • it takes a significant amount of investment and capital

  • and resources and you know to really take it

  • that next level and we found that we haven't been able to give you

  • everything that we want to give you to help you be more successful and to help

  • Mialisia grow faster

  • and as you guys could imagine

  • there's a lot that goes into that so I'm going to tell you

  • what our announcement is here in a second, but before

  • I do, I just wanna share with you some other things that have been going

  • through our

  • discussion minds, hearts Annelise and I, Brandi and others we've talked around

  • and sat around at the office and talk about these things

  • and one of the biggest things that we've noticed in the last several months

  • is that party plan is evolving

  • it up still they're always be

  • a need and the desire to get together and to share something like this great

  • concept to do great things

  • but it's evolving right we've seen titans in the industry go out of business

  • from you know some of these big ones just a couple recently

  • and we really look hard at what happened what were they doing what could they

  • have done better

  • where they changing and evolving too fast they needed to so we're trying to

  • be forward thinking in that area and say

  • what do we need to evolve in and as you all know we're working very diligently

  • on the confidence social selling

  • having a virtual platform to be able to do parties online

  • we also know that there is a big need for party but that

  • we have to change with the times we have to evolve

  • and that doesn't mean we get rid a party so please don't misunderstand what I'm

  • saying but it simply means

  • it that we're we're have to pay attention to what's going on in the

  • industry

  • the other thing that we've noticed you know there is a big big thing

  • is that women still get really really excited about our concept there's an

  • education thing there

  • they have to see it and when they do they go crazy they they're they're like

  • oh my gosh

  • I've not ever worn jury before I've needed to wear jewelry and now I can

  • and and then the third thing that we really felt strongly about

  • is we need a bigger platform a wider platform

  • so that you all can be successful and find the

  • happiness and excitement and whatever your why is why you join Mialisia

  • family at a faster rate

  • we've got to do a better job at pouring that fuel on the fire so that you can

  • get

  • to your goals and dreams quicker and not feel

  • stagnant or stale and so we've got several strategies that you'll be seeing

  • come out in the near future

  • virtual party platform to

  • lots of other ideas where we come out with new jewelry more frequently and more often

  • and retire pieces to keep demand high and excitement high

  • you're gonna see a lot of stuff come now having said that

  • we went out and looked for a partner we started

  • interviewing people that wanted to help us achieve those goals and

  • we got in front of everybody from investors to

  • groups and somewhere along

  • the line we on came across Youngevity

  • now let me tell you about Youngevity because you're probably going

  • who is Youngevity and you might even be saying to yourself

  • why in the world I think Youngevity if I know them

  • that their you know a traditional multi-level marketing company so why

  • would that make sense

  • Youngevity shared with us when we first met them, Annelise and I did about

  • their vision

  • they shared that they were trying to build a family brand

  • that they weren't looking at buying companies and dissolving them

  • but they were looking at buying brand and expanding those brands and helping

  • those companies become bigger and better than they are

  • in their current model and their current way of doing things

  • and their current concept so in other words they were

  • you know not trying to buy an oil company and turn it into

  • like a Youngevity company they were protecting that brand

  • and trying to help them expand it be better than they are

  • Annelise and I were intrigued by this because we know of the success of

  • Amazon

  • which is essentially the same business model but on an internet platform

  • and thought well somebody's gonna do that for direct sale that could be the

  • solution

  • to making sure that people have the ability

  • to have multiple streams of income which is what so many of you

  • are looking to do another thing we saw was a lot of our

  • field reps were out there doing multiple things

  • so they were doing you know things like from other companies or trying to

  • you know work part time jobs than we thought why are they doing that

  • and what could we do to provide them an opportunity to have multiple streams of

  • income

  • and again this answer of Youngevity came up we were intrigued by them we

  • start meeting with them

  • and yesterday we signed a deal to become part of the Youngevity family

  • now who is Youngevity again they're an 18-year-old company

  • they've been around the block they know what they're doing their

  • sales have been growing and booming over up sixty percent growth just last

  • year there

  • 150 million and growing they did over 45 million in the first quarter

  • they're having a lot of success and their

  • having a lot of success from the diversity these brands they have a

  • hundred and fifty thousand

  • distributors in multiple countries across the world

  • it allowed us a Mialisia family to instantly be in those markets from the

  • UK

  • to Australia to you name it there there they have a presence in a lot of

  • these places

  • which is exciting and fun, they also have product line

  • that you might or might not be familiar with that can

  • be something of interest to us

  • things like botanical spa, heritage makers

  • mineral makeup collection

  • you know coffee, essential oils. they have a lot of different things that are at

  • their

  • disposal which is really really great

  • Annelise - "Awesome, so you know

  • of course for me it was really important that we made

  • a good business decision with what we were doing with Mialisia

  • but more importantly it was

  • so incredibly important to me that it felt right

  • in my heart and you now Sean and I put a

  • ton of thought and prayer

  • in to this and and we did not make that decision lightly

  • we really really feel like this is a huge blessing and it this is an

  • incredible opportunity that has been

  • you know put in our path and we are

  • so excited about it and we feel absolutely that this is the right move

  • for us

  • I have complete peace

  • and complete confident that this is a great direction

  • for us to be moving. As we've met with the rest of the

  • family of Youngevity the people that we've met and associated with

  • up until this point, I love. I am so excited they have an incredible culture

  • they are

  • good people with great integrity they have

  • a great culture within their company and they are so excited

  • dig in and just help us grow

  • I mean how amazing is it that we just have this

  • incredible team backing us now. Now we have a huge

  • marketing and sales department to support us and we have a huge

  • IT Department to support us. we have our own warehouse that gonna support us

  • we have so many incredible resources

  • at our fingertips and they just want to help Mialisia grow

  • and so it's so exciting

  • and the best part is we get to be Mialisia

  • you know don't be afraid because we are still Mialisia we get to keep

  • our identity and that was the only way I would have agreed to do this

  • you know

  • and that was one of the first questions that they asked Sean and I are

  • you gonna stay with this

  • are you gonna be the brand ambassador and keep Mialisia alive

  • and of course our answer was absolutely

  • so it goes both ways there you know we are still

  • Mialisia we will remain Mialisia our brand our product we will keep our

  • website

  • we will have our own catalog we will have our promo and special

  • and we will be Mialisia we'll still

  • retain our mission of sharing the infinite worth message with

  • everyone and one of the most exciting things for me is that now

  • we have the opportunity to share our infinite worth message

  • around the world and that really

  • really is what got me the most excited because you all know that is

  • that is my why that is why I do this that I think it is so incredibly important

  • and now we have this huge stage and have the opportunity to share

  • with hundreds of thousands of people overnight

  • and I feel like we would have got their on our own eventually but why not

  • tomorrow instead

  • and so on so it's so exciting you know

  • where the same but now we

  • have support an expertise in the industry we have

  • people we have buying power we have everything that comes with a

  • well-established company

  • but we're still Mialisia and

  • that's not going to change our culture will not change Sean and I will be here

  • right at the top of the company and guiding your every step

  • I'm still designing all the jewelry I'm still gonna have a

  • say in everything that happens with Mialisia, we're very much at the

  • forefront of this and we are here for you and it is

  • so exciting to finally have the support that we need to give you

  • the success that you deserve." Sean - " and not only when they asked Annelise and I if we're

  • gonna stay involved in the company

  • did we say yes we said will do even better than that

  • we wanna be in the field and so we are movin

  • into the field and we are going to be your upline

  • we're gonna be there we're going to be there to support you were gonna be there

  • to help you

  • we're gonna help you train were gonna help you evolve, we're gonna leverage

  • you

  • as leaders and as designers to help

  • us make impact but a lot of positive things are going to happen from that

  • and we're excited to be there right alongside on this journey

  • Annelise and I did not have to do that that is something that we wanted to do

  • is something that we chose to do

  • and it's something that quite frankly we don't want to miss out on the

  • opportunity that you all have we want to be a part of it

  • so we're gonna join you side by side and I think that

  • really important to note I don't know too many other companies that get

  • merged or purchased where the founders of the company

  • don't go off and sit and drink Mai Tai's on the beach in Maui

  • that not what we are at about and you'll see that we're gonna

  • we're gonna dig in and we're gonna follow this Dream and we're gonna make

  • it happen."

  • Annelise - " Yeah we are excited that like we have never been that before how aweomse do not
