so building your influence with online video can a lot of times

feel like an uphill climb and it's easy to get discourage and lose your motivation,

so here are five quick tips for keeping yourself motivated

tip number one figure out your why or reconnect with your why

really important to have a good why, a reason for why you are doing all this

whether you are starting a business, you are pursuing a career,

you're living out your passion, the why, the reason why all of that

even matters, you know why is it that you want to be successful

for me personally my family my wife my children those are my number one whys in life

and I have that image in my head no matter what time of the day

whether I wake up whether I just got done with a whole days work and i'm a little tired

having that image and that why is what keep(s) me going and keeps me motivated

That's huge and actually the first part of motivation is motive, that's your why,

the reason you do stuff and so tap into your why or come out with a better why a bigger

tip number two focus on your health your food fitness and your sleep absolutely

when you are in tip top shape your body is working to its max capacity you are just

gonna feel better and end up being more motivated. Absolutely and

I heard a quote that said tired eyes rarely see a bright future so if you're lacking motivation

maybe you just need a rest you need to get some healthy food in you and

recapture the physical energy to stay motivated.

tip number three invest in what inspired you

yeah I think to stay inspired it helps to maybe if you like

reading to read some good books to go to atmosphere, maybe you like to travel

so get out of the house and go get into an environment that'll inspires you or maybe

watch youtubers that inspired you but take some either time or money and invest

in the things that are going to charge you up and get you ready to go

number four music absolutely the easiest fastest in my opinion to get more motivated

when you are kinda down because music and some good ear phones

pumping into your brain it just raises the energy level up

changes your mood so if your mood it's not motivated if you are feeling discourage or

depressed be intentional to choose music that will actually affect your emotions and

you can get pumped up and one thought is to actually create a playlist of songs

that are meaningful to you songs that remind you to your why

and when you are listening to those songs you start to get pumped and you are ready to go

tip number five surround yourself with positive people

what I mean by this is surround yourself with

people that are going to bring your energy level up that are going to inspire you

because I feel when you put those kind of people around you that it just makes you

want to work harder go further and just be motivated

Yeah I heard a quote once that said people are like elevators

they either bring you up or they bring you down

and so pick some people that charge you up, that are like minded,

if they have the passion for the same things,

it's like electric when you get together,

or maybe go to events or conferences of people that share the same passion.

Another term that I liked is this mastermind idea

like to maybe create this year just a group of even just one other person or a couple other people

that whenever you get together you get refuel, remotivated, recharge
