  • the floor with your lower back pressed to the ground,bring knees up to where there are

  • perpendicular to the floor with your lower legs parallel to the floor. Now simultaneously

  • slowly go through cycle pedal motion kicking forward with your right leg and bringing in

  • the knee of left leg. Go back to the initial position as you breathe in crunch to the opposite

  • sides as you cycle your legs bring closer your left elbow to right knee and exhale.

  • continue alternating in this manner.
