Hello and welcome to stylecraze. In this video we are going to talk about anxiety. Everyone
experiences anxiety at some point in their lives.
But dont worry, in this video we are gonna talk about simple home remedies that you can
try at home.
1. Add 1/3 cup baking soda and 1/3 cup ginger Add this to a warm bath. Soak in the tub for
15 minutes to relieve from all your anxiety and tension.
2. In this home remedy, we take a cup of orange juice. Add a pinch of nutmeg powder and a
teaspoon of honey.Mix this well
3. n this home remedy we take 10 almonds, soak them overnight in water to soften,peel
them and make them into a paste. To that we add a cup warm milk, a pinch of ginger powder,
and a pinch of nutmeg powder. This needs to go in a blender and once it is nicely blended,
drink this before going to bed to get relief from anxiety.
