  • You simply can't beat the taste of home made pizza. So I'm really excited to show you my Gourmet Pizza recipe

  • with some handy tips along the way to help you with your pizza making.

  • Firstly we need to start of with the pizza base. Now, you can do it the easy way and buy one

  • or, you can make one. If you decide to do it the hard way

  • make you dough mixture and give it a kneed for about 5 minutes

  • then roll it out into a circular pizza shape.

  • Now, lightly flour and oven tin and

  • then throw the base onto it.

  • Then curl the edges up to give it that authentic pizza base look.

  • Or, if you want to be a bit of a devil and go to the edge with all your toppings,

  • just leave it as is! Once you have something that vaguely resembles a pizza base,

  • you need to leave it to stand for about 15 minutes.

  • Then stick it in the oven on 180 degrees for about 4 - 5 minutes

  • just to pre-cook it a little bit. Take the base out of the oven and now we can start getting the toppings

  • prepared for the pizza.

  • And for my Gourmet Pizza Recipe we will need:

  • some Beef Strips, some grated Cheddar Cheese, some freshly chopped Peppers,

  • Jalapenos, Chopped Pineapples, sliced Tomatoes,

  • Mozzerella Cheese, Tomato Puree and some mixed Italian Herbs.

  • To start with, we're gonna squirt some Tomato Puree onto the Pizza base and

  • spread it over with the back of a spoon. And once it looks like this

  • we're gonna start topping the pizza up with some grated Cheddar Cheese.

  • Then throw your Peppers on and put on your chopped Pineapples.

  • Place your Beef strips on and then your Jalapenos.

  • Now it's time to finish the pizza off. So we're going to put on our sliced Tomatoes

  • along with the Mozzarella Cheese.

  • To top it off, sprinkle over some mixed Italian seasoning

  • or any other spice or seasoning of your choice.

  • Now we're ready for the oven. We need to stick it in there on 180 degrees for anything

  • between 10 and 20 minutes and make sure you keep checking up on it whilst it's cooking

  • to make sure it's not burning.

  • And there you have it, your very own gourmet homemage pizza and I bet you never thought it would be

  • this easy to do. And boy does it taste better

  • than the shop bought ones. And be sure to check out even more of my recipes by clicking on one

  • of the videos coming up.
