There are two indicators I use every single day.

Adverbs of degree

They're incredibly simple, extremely reliable, and

Adverbs of manner

after six years of trading, these indicators are a huge part of why I'm a profitable trader and able to consistently make profits like these.

In this video, I'm going to break down the exact setup I use, the exact rules I use with the system and show you guys real trade examples in real live market conditions.

But you guys know exactly how to trade with these indicators.

Let's get straight into it quick disclaimer.

Trading is not a get rich quick business.

It takes years of trial and error and trying out things.

But my goal this video is to help speedrun the process.

I want you to be able to remove everything off of your chart and use the indicators I showed in this video to help you with your trading.

It took me two and a half years to finally become consistent.

But I believe if I had these indicators, it would have helped me a lot faster.

These indicators today help me make over $2,000 today.

This video isn't to confuse you or to make you complicated, but

it's simply to make your trading more simple.

It's for you to be able to have a clear approach.

After you watch this video, for you to know exactly what to do and to have rules, they're going to help you become a better trader.

First things first, I'm going to remove both these indicators off of my chart and I'm going to show you guys how to add the indicators.

The first indicator I'm going to show you is vwap.

So you go to indicators, you look up VWAP and you click the volume weighted average price.

This is not how VWAP is supposed to look.

So what you do is you go to your settings, then go to style.

You see how it says vwap, upper band number one, lower band number one and bands fill number one.

You want to unclick upper band number one, unclick lower band number one and unclick band fill number one.

Then you want to only have VWAP clicked and you want to make it yellow.

Because yellow is the color I like to use vwap.

So after you have that, you click ok. And yes, this is how VWAP is supposed to look.

So this is the first indicator that I like to use.

Now the second indicator I like to use is the aema.

So let me show you guys how to get that and look up moving average exponential.

Click that and then it's going to click a random number.

You want to go to settings inputs and I like to use the 8 EMA.

I like to have a blue or you can make it purple up to you and then you want to click.

Ok, so now we have the EMA on our chart and the vwap and that's it.

Those are the only two lines I have on my chart.

I'm not trying to use a million different indicators.

These two are enough for me and they're all you need.

So first things first, to start with vwap, VWAP is the volume weighted average price of the stock.

Basically that means the average trading price for a stock for that day.

Basically if 100 people bought at a hundred dollars, another 100 people bought it on $101, VWAP is going to be 100.5.

What you need to know about VWAP is these two rules.

Rule number one is you never buy puts over vwap.

You never sort the market over VWAP and you never long the market under vwap.

So if the stock's over vwap, the trend is usually up and you do not want to buy puts.

If the stock is under vwap, the trend is down.

And the way you use VWAP to actually trade is simple.

So you see how VWAP is above the pre market high.

Here this yellow line is above the pre market high.

When this yellow line is above the pre market high, what you want to look for is a VWAP retest.

So you see how it comes down and taps yellow line.

That is what you're looking for an entry.

I'm going to go into these in more detail.

You're looking for retests of VWAP to buy puts.

Before I go into a lot more examples of how to trade with it, I want to go over the aema.

The AEMA is basically the Average trading price over the last eight days.

The ADMA helps us understand when price gets too extended, when we should sell our position and when we should hold runners or not.

The Adma I don't use as much, but it's doing still a great tool.

Vwap is my absolute favorite, but Adma is good for holding runners.

So I'm going to go more into view up and how I use it since big part of my Strategy is using V1.

As you can see here, you have Apple above pre market high and above vwap.

Then we get a five minute close above pre market high.

This VWAP tap is what you're looking for for entry.

And then if you missed this vwap tap, then what can you do?

This is also today, by the way, guys, I'm not just making up a random trade or anything.

You guys see how we ended up ripping off of vwap.

Do you think they were ripping off a random level?

Because I'll tell you something, nothing is random.

So basically the way that I like to use VWAP is and the VWAP with the EMA is after you buy a vwap retest and then got back above the ema.

Now that it's above the ema, as long as it stays above it, you can stay on holding onto your position.
