Today we'll be talking about all things travel, why people love it, how it can change your life, and

of course, we'll share some fun travel stories.

To help me with this discussion, I've invited someone who knows a lot about traveling, Isaac.

He's visited more than 20 countries and has some great experiences to share.

I'm excited to be here and talk about one of my favorite topics, traveling.

Whether you love it or hate it, traveling is a huge part of many people's lives.

It's a way to see new places, meet new people and learn about different cultures.

But I know that for some of our listeners, traveling might sound scary or expensive.

So today we're going to explore why it's worth it, how to make it easier, and

You know, it started with a simple trip to Italy.

I went to Rome with some friends and it completely opened my eyes.

Walking through the ancient ruins, seeing the Colosseum, tasting real Italian pizza.

I think for a lot of people, travel can be life changing.

It makes you realize how big the world is and how many different ways people live.

Travel teaches you things you can't learn from books or movies.

For example, when I went to Japan, I learned so much about their culture, like how they value respect and politeness in everything they do.

It's one thing to read about it, but to experience it in person is something else.

It's maybe more open minded and more patient, especially when dealing with different customs and languages.

Traveling really gives you a new perspective.

I remember when I went to Thailand, I was Amazed at how friendly and welcoming everyone was.

Even though I didn't speak much, Thai, people always tried to help me and that made me feel so connected.

It's those little experiences that stick with you.

And you don't even have to go far to experience something new.

Even within your own country, traveling to a new city or a different region can feel like a new adventure.

I went to New Orleans in the US and it felt like I was in a completely different world.

With all the jazz music, food and history.

You don't have to fly to the other side of the world to travel.

Sometimes a road trip to a nearby town can be just as exciting.

So what would you say to someone who's nervous about traveling?

Maybe because of language barriers or fear of the unknown?

You don't have to visit a place where you don't know the language right away.

You can travel to places where you feel more comfortable, like an English speaking country.

And even if you go somewhere new, it's amazing how much you can communicate without speaking the language.

I remember when I was in France, my French wasn't great, but

I still managed to ask for directions, order food and have a good time.

People are usually kind and willing to help.

It's all about stepping out of your comfort zone, even if it's just a little bit at first.

Plus, with technology today, things like Google Translate make it easier than ever to travel.

And another thing I always tell people is to plan ahead.

Research your destination, learn a few basic phrases, and understand the culture a little before you go.

It helps you feel more confident and makes the experience more enjoyable.

Yes, a little preparation goes a long way.

And who knows, you might even make some new friends along the way.

I met a group of travelers in Spain and we still keep in touch.

That's one of the best parts of traveling.

Meeting new people from all over the world and sharing experiences.

It really shows you that no matter where you're from, people are more alike than different.

Did you know that traveling can actually make you healthier?

Well, research shows that people who travel regularly have lower stress levels and are often more physically active.

When you're exploring a new city, you're walking more, seeing new sights and feeling less stressed because you're away from your daily routine.

People who take vacations live longer and have a lower risk of heart disease.

So basically, traveling's not just good for your mind, but for your body too.

So next time someone says, why are you traveling again?

You can just say, I'm doing it for my health.
