Because by the end of January or the beginning of February, silver prices are going to crash.

Silver prices saw the biggest crash since 1980s.

Everybody who purchased silver in the last month or so most likely have lost money.

And now everybody is simply blaming Wall street and big banks for manipulating prices and, and

But what if I told you that the entire increase in silver prices was completely artificial?

It should not have happened in the first place.

It was just a game that Wall street played against you to steal some of your money.

And in this video I will explain how exactly they did it.

When you see the price of anything growing so fast, it is really difficult to stay aside and you want to in and profit out of it.

But there are essentially three types of silver buyers.

These are the people or the big tech who are buying silver because they need to use it in a certain technology.

Every piece of technology that you use today, from your smartphone to your computer or even your car, has a small piece of silver.

Without silver, there are so many technologies that you cannot possibly build.

And as the demand for artificial intelligence increases, the, the demand for silver keeps rising.

The second type of buyers of silver are long term investors.

These people look at the value of the dollar and they're like the dollar is losing most of its value, so we have to buy assets that are going to preserve their value, such as gold or silver.

These people look every single time the Fed is printing trillions of dollars, they know that the dollar is becoming less valuable.

So we have to buy something that, that is going to increase in value every time the supply of dollars keep rising.

The third type of buyers of silver are speculators.

These people don't care about the value of the dollar or the silver itself.

All they want is to profit from the rise or the fall of of silver prices.

If speculators assume that silver prices will increase from $70 to $100 in January, they will buy it and instantly sell it whenever the price of silver increases.

This is exactly how they manipulated silver prices.

Speculators bought a lot of call options when they realized that silver prices are rising.

Especially after China put a Ban on exporting silver.

A call option is a contract where you pay a small fee and that gives you the right to buy silver at a specific price sometime in the future.

Let's assume that silver prices right now are $70.

I can pay a small fee, and a month later I can still buy silver for $70.

So if silver prices rise to $100, I will buy silver for $70 and sell it for $100.

And why would I be able to buy for $70 when the market price is $100?

That's what call option gives me the right to do so.

But to do that, I have to pay a small fee.

And call options were sold by market makers.

Market makers are huge banks such as J.P. morgan, Chase, State Street.

These people don't mind receiving a small fee from the speculators.

What if the price of silver never rises at all?

So these market makers have made a lot of profit from speculators who by absolutely doing nothing.

But what if silver prices do actually rise?

Market makers will have to sell to speculators silver at a price that is lower than the market price, which means that they have to actually buy a piece of silver just to ensure they can actually sell them to speculators.

But buying so much silver is extremely difficult.

But what if the silver prices never rise in the first place?

And in fact, what if silver prices do actually fall?

So market makers are going to make a loss, but

speculators not so much, because they're simply paying a small fee to buy these call options.

So market makers are not actually buying the physical gold itself, but rather they're buying the futures.

A future is a contract where you will buy a certain asset at a specific price sometime in the future.

But right now, all you have to do is simply put a small deposit.

So if silver prices are $100, you can, you can buy Silver Future for just $5.

When the time comes, we are going to pay the rest of the money, which is $95.

That allows you to secure a certain price even if prices actually rise.

Speculators are paying a small fee to buy the call options from market makers.

Market makers are taking that money and buying futures on silver.

Every time you're buying futures on silver, silver prices are rising.

The more silver prices are rising, the more speculators want to buy call options.

I assume that they will increase farther, I will buy call options now so that if the price rises more than $100 to $110.

I will be able to buy silver at $100, sell it at $110.

But the more call options they buy, the more futures market makers will buy.

The higher silver prices keep rising and it turns into this never ending cycle.

And until silver prices keep rising farther and farther and farther, theoretically silver prices could rise infinitely to thousands of dollars.

Early speculators who actually bought call options in the beginning at $80, for example, decided to exercise their call options.

If I bought a call option for $80 and now silver prices are $120, I, I can buy silver for $80, sell it at $120, which means that I'm making a profit.

So these speculators began to exercise their call options.

They bought the silver instantly, sold it in the market, and now the dynamic in the market changes.

The supply increases while the demand falls down, which means that the price of silver slightly dropped.

When the price of silver slightly drops, the value of the future drops as well.

JP Morgan purchased these futures by putting a very small DEP, let's say $5 on $100 silver.

If the price of silver drops from $100 to $95, JP Morgan is going to get a margin call saying that either you are going to deposit more money into your account or the seller of the future will give JP Morgan a margin call, which means that the future will automatically be sold in the market.

But if the future will be sold, then silver prices will fall farther.

To prevent to get a margin call, banks instantly sell their futures.

The more futures silver prices go, the more speculators are going to sell.

If I purchased a call option for $100 and silver prices were $130 and now they have fallen to $120, the more they fall, the less profit I will make.

So I'm more likely to exercise my call options instantly to make a profit that will crash silver prices even more, which means that future contracts will be less valuable, which means that banks are going to get margin calls, but

not to get that they will instantly sell.

Their future is going to lead to lower prices, which means that speculators are going to exit their positions even farther.

And it turns into this never ending cycle until silver prices keep falling down.

Leverage can amplify your gains or amplify your losses.

When market makers are buying silver, they're not actually buying the silver itself, but

But when you're buying A future, you're putting a very small deposit.

If the value of the silver goes down, your deposit instantly evaporates.

So you have to deposit more money or you will get a margin call.

When silver prices began to grow so fast, Chicago Mercenary Exchange, which is literally the largest market for derivatives, instantly raised their margin requirements from 9% to 18%.

When they realized that this is turning into a bubble and we don't want to see a massive crash of the entire exchange, they instantly began to increase their requirements.

So instead of just putting $9 for a $100 asset, now you have to put $18.

Futures and call options are derivatives.

You're using leverage when you're buying or selling an asset.

When the market is growing, you can make astronomical amounts of money.

So you simply put $5 and you can actually buy an asset that worth $100.
