We concentrate fully on quality freshness every day.

That means we have some of our chefs now come in 8pm to work through the night and prepare everything for the following day.

We open 8am to 1pm so everything's geared to be as fresh as possible.

It's like a 15 second transaction to get your lunch.

You pick the right ingredients, you can keep things very simple, and they can make a great impression.

This is Russo's in my neighborhood, where they sell fresh, warm, delicious mozzarella.
