I made ProShot and in this video I'll be giving you a brief overview of the app, as well as tips on how to get the most out of your camera.

Starting with the interface, you'll notice a minimal but informative design.

This was intended to keep you free of distractions and focus on your subject.

For basic operation, you may use a pinch gesture to zoom or just drag one finger up and down to adjust brightness.

Slide your finger along the exposure compensation dial at the bottom of the screen to take a photo.

Tap the camera button to review your photo.

The power in Proshot lies in its dual dial system.

This is a unique mapping of traditional DSLR controls to a touch interface.

Here you can quickly change between camera modes, much like a normal dslr.

There's bracketing, light, painting, time lapse and video.

For advanced shooters, you may want more.

This is where Proshot's manual modes come in.

Open the Camera mode dial and select Manual.

You will notice the bar on the right now has several more items.

This controls the electronic gain of the image sensor.

The higher the value, the brighter your image will be at the cost of more image noise.

Use this to adjust for the color temperature of your scene.

This will control how long your exposure is.

Larger values will produce brighter images, while smaller values will freeze motion.

It all depends on how you want to capture your subject.

One of the many unique features of Proshot is its Light Painting mode.

To activate, open the drive dial and select Light Painting.

Here there are two sub modes to choose from.

This is for capturing trails of light as they streak across your scene.

This mode will accumulate light over the selected period of time.

For this example, we will use Light Trails.

We begin by tapping the Camera button to start gathering light.

Crushot's Live Capture feature then shows the movement of light in your scene in real time.

This powerful tool shows your image developing right before your eyes.

When you're satisfied with the results, tap the camera button to end the capture.

Finally, let's put our knowledge of ProShop Together and use this scene to create a beautiful timelapse.
