And I was like, why don't I just sell them before you open at 10AM?

So once I got the go, I got really serious.

So the only credit card I got approved for was $3,000.

I got a oven from Indiana, a mixer from a church camp.

And I probably sold 10,000 bagels in seven months, and

I sold my car just to afford to keep it going.

It shows me this empty space with, like, this dark corner, old tables and chairs pushed over there.

They set up to space electrical and plumbing.

Once I had it all laid out in my mind in my graph paper, I was like, alright.

If I have to roll 30 dozen, it probably takes me from, like, ten to two nonstop.

The last bagel sells is to the last customer.

I'm never not getting the 12 or 30 dozen bagging time.

A lot of people don't have control over their days, but

they do have control about what they have for lunch, what they get to eat, who they get to eat it with, kinda created a new community.

I don't think a second location would make me happier.

There's no way it could be as good as the one me and Megan run because how are you gonna expect anybody to do everything the way you do it?

I'm not doing it for anybody else, but early my wife.

Everybody has watched me from nothing start this business.

Some days, you get into, like, sixteen hours of work.

It feels like you're watching yourself in a movie like, damn.

I'm so grateful that I even had this work.
