Hi Harper Bazaar, my name's Damson Idris and this is everything I eat in a day.

First thing I do when I wake up is I pray.

I give thanks for the blessings that are in my life.

Then I go and take a shower, go through too many obnoxious facial regimes.

In the morning, the first drink I always have is a tea to stick to my lovely British roots.

If I'm at work, I'll do a coffee, more specifically a caramel latte.

My on-the-go breakfast is a majority of the time is oatmeal, maybe like some berries.

I try to stay healthy when other people are watching.

I don't know what life you're living, but Heinz beans is a necessity.

I'll throw a savoy in there every now and then.

I don't even think you guys know what savoy is.

Sometimes I might feel adventurous, put a bit of peanut butter in there.

I'm the type of person that puts the egg and beans on the jam and butter and it makes it a little sandwich.

In my case, it's a tuna sandwich with a bit of cheese.

Just a nice tuna sandwich, you know, with a bit of mayonnaise and some salad cream.

Then for lunch, I kind of lay off the carbs.

I have these moments where I feel guilty, so I'm just like, I'm not gonna do any carbs.

I love cheese, but I take cheese out of Caesar salad.

For a snack, maybe I'll have a little chocolate bar, like a Snickers or a Twix.

And maybe I'll get a fruit bowl because I'm feeling a bit guilty.

Typical dinner, you know, I love fine dining.

I wanna say my favorite restaurant in the world is Carbone.

But my favorite dish is always Nigerian food.

There's a place in LA called Aduke's Kitchen, and I recommend getting jollof rice, some beef stew, maybe goat stew, maybe chicken stew, maybe fish stew, maybe all of them together.

My beverage of choice for dinner is the Cabernet.

And if we're gonna go with a soft drink, I often embarrass myself at dinner tables because everyone's like getting alcohol, and I'm like, can I get an apple juice, please?

If I had to cook for a date, I would make a spaghetti bolognese, and it's gonna be horrible, but it's the thought that counts.

The foods that I avoid are mushrooms, olives.

Mostly, I just don't like the little extra stuff that they put on my food.

There isn't a whole dish that I'm like, ugh, no to that.

If I'm gonna get dessert, I'm gonna go with sticky toffee pudding or apple crumble with a bit of vanilla ice cream on top or a chocolate molten cake with the, you know, when the chocolate's just drizzling out like lava or pecan pie or I know someone who makes really good cornbread.

If it's a late night for a snack, you know, I like a bit of Haribo's.

You know, I don't do sweets, but for some reason, Haribo's is something I dabble with.

Again, I'm British, so English breakfast tea, you know exactly how I make it.

This time, we're gonna get about 50 custard creams.

In America, you guys call it a cookie or something like that.

But a cookie to us is a cookie, you know, chocolate chip, maybe raisin.

Biscuit for you is like what we call a scone.

You guys are just really, really confused.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is everything that I eat in a day.
