I've written a bunch of my own questions that I'll sneak in.

What traits do you admire most in your teammate?

People that are super focused on whatever it is that they dream of.

Motivation is a very important element in this sport.

How do you manage to keep your motivation up during tough weekends?

I mean, he's not going to be able to tell you directly that,

I think it's seeing the light at the end of a tunnel and the progress you're making as a team,

just to keep on working harder to try and achieve it.

If you could tell your nine-year-old self some inspiring words, what would they be?

I would have just told him all the things my dad probably already told me.

So, it's just like, just never give up, keep your head up.

I think back about my father in that phase.

I think so many kids at that point, you always think what your parents are telling you is wrong.

And they're just doing it to try and be mean on you and be hard on you.

And it's now when you get to a certain age, you realise like, yeah, they were probably right.

I'd like to tell my dad he was right in so many ways.

It was quite painful to actually tell him that.

What new things have you learned throughout your first full season at Mercedes?

Throughout this season, it's just how difficult sport is.

It's never as easy as things seem from the outset.

And the journey you go on, those highs and those lows,

I think it doesn't matter how well you're performing,

how well the team's performing, you're always going to experience that.

And I think sport is just so, kind of like beautiful in that way

because those emotions just lift you so high, but also knock you down.

Has a fan ever done something to you that you really remember?

I have kisses on my cheeks, I've had hugs.

A fan gave me a pair of these Japanese boxer shorts.

And I was like, damn, maybe these are kids' ones or something.

And so I thought it would be funny to try it on,

If you could ever go to space, would you?

You should definitely take your music to that.

Yeah, my talents lie elsewhere, unfortunately.

I need some lessons, I need some lessons.

I think the thing I loved most there was just the people.

They're just so warm-hearted and they've got so much energy and they're always so nice.

Everybody's smiling and I think it gives you so much good energy when you go out and see them.

Yeah, well, this year they were going absolutely wild.
