The stock market is crushing and that leads a lot of people to ask the most important question, which stock should I buy in order to profit the most out of this crisis?

A transfer of wealth from one group of people to another.

So at the end of the tunnel, some people will get wealthier and a lot of people will get poorer.

And that's why they say that, be fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful.

The people who are scared right now are massively selling off their stocks.

And the people who will get rich out of this crisis are massively buying or waiting for the opportunity to buy massively stocks.

So let me explain to you which stocks I believe are going to profit the most out of this trade war because they will suffer the most and at the end of the tunnel, they will profit the most.

It might not make sense at the beginning of this video but by the end of the video, you will be able to connect the dots.

So give this video a thumbs up and let's get right into it.

The sector that has the best chance to profit out of this crisis is the tech sector.

And technology companies right now are suffering the most.

Just take an example of apple, the stock is down by around 33%.

Now this is such a huge crash that it is much bigger than the crash of 2020.

So if you are actually feeling that you missed the opportunity of 2020, right now you are in front of an opportunity that is much bigger than the crash of 2020.

And this is just the beginning because it's going to get a lot worse.

And if you look at the entire nasdaq, the place where most of the technology stocks are being traded in, it is down by around 20%.

So name any technology company and it is down by 15%, 20%, 25% and in some cases, it's down by around 3%.

There are companies that used to worth 3 trillion dollars, 3.5 trillion dollars and everybody thought that they are about to hit a valuation of 4 trillion dollars are now being sold at 2.5 trillion dollars, 2.2 trillion dollars.

To understand that, we have to go to the root cause of the problem.

Prior to 1995, there was trade, but it was between two countries.

So the United States would sign a trade agreement with Japan, Japan would sign a trade agreement with Vietnam and so on and so forth.

But if we wanted the entire world to trade with each other and trade to be much more globalized so that we have the exact same rules for everybody, countries came together and they have established world trade organization.

And the entire point of it was that we want to reduce trade barriers between all countries.

And trade barriers are tariffs or government subsidies.

Prior to 1995, countries had a lot of tariffs between themselves.

So if you wanted to sell something in the US, you had to pay a tariff.

If you want to sell something in Japan, you had to pay a tariff.

So if we can convince the rest of the world, like every single country in the world to literally bring their tariffs down to 0%, suddenly prices across the globe are going to go down.

That will encourage more business between the countries and that will reduce prices globally and that will lift a lot of people out of poverty.

Companies will make more money and consumers will be able to have much cheaper prices.

And secondly, the more trade there is between the countries, the less conflict there is going to be.

So, if there is a lot of trade between me and you, I have less incentive to go to war with you.

But barriers aren't just tariffs between the countries, they are also government subsidies.

Usually, countries would subsidize a certain industry in order for that industry to win globally.

But that is unfair practices because if one country subsidizes their industry and another country does not subsidize their industry, over time, this company is going to win over this company.

The second goal was that we need rules for everybody to follow.

So if we have very clear rules that everybody agrees upon, then we have no problems.

Because if somebody violates the rules, then there are going to be punishments and they have to change their behavior according to these rules.

So countries came together and they have set up rules that everybody agreed.

Because if you are setting up one organization that is going to enforce the rules, then everybody should agree on those rules.

The third goal was that we have to sort out all of our conflicts with diplomacy.

So if there is, for example, a trade problem between the two countries, then there is an international court system or the World Trade Organization where the two countries can come and solve that problem instead of stopping the trade between the two countries or starting shooting at each other.

That's not how we want to solve the problem.

So the baseline or the foundation of the World Trade Organization was the prosperity of the world.

And it actually lifted hundreds of millions of people out of poverty.

A lot of countries today are extremely rich because of the World Trade Organization.

Back in 1995, the world was very divided between very rich countries and very poor countries.

The United States in 1995 was the wealthiest country in the world.

China was one of the poorest countries in the world.

So is that fair to have a free market between a very rich country and a very poor country?

Because this poor country doesn't have resources, they don't have enough intelligent and smart people and educated people, they don't have the capital to compete.

So if we open up the market for both of these countries between themselves, suddenly all the US companies will move to China and will dominate the entire market.

Now you can take another example, compare United States or let's compare the United Kingdom and Vietnam.

So it's not free trade, it's not fair trade between the two countries because wealthier countries have already an advantage and upper hand over the poor countries.

So it doesn't work, which is why it was difficult to convince all of these poor countries to come and join the World Trade Organization.

Which is why we decided to tweak the rules slightly in order to incentivize the poorest countries and give them an incentive to join the World Trade Organization.

Because we want the entire world to trade with each other.

And the United States was at the forefront of it.

So we slightly changed the rules for the poor countries.

First of all, we gave them more time to actually establish those rules.

United States had to immediately follow the rules of the World Trade Organization and drop the tariffs as much as possible.

But China could have much longer than that because China was extremely poor.

And at the same time, we gave them access to our markets which will speed up their process of getting rich.

So if China suddenly had full access to the US market, while the US does not have full access to the China market, and China over time grows, that will give them an incentive to join the World Trade Organization.

And when they will get as rich as the United States, they will also have to drop their tariffs to zero as the United States.

And it was a pretty successful project because tariffs were at an all-time high back in 1995.

But over time, tariffs started going down all across the globe.

The US, European Union, Middle East, Asian countries.

Nobody expected that a country such as China in 30 years is going to become as developed as the United States.

It took the United States 200 years to achieve that.

And it took China like 30 years to achieve that.

South Korea became as rich as any European country.

And that poses a major threat to the United States.

Because if China is going to become as rich as the United States, China has 5 times the population of the United States.

Which means that if China is going to have a GDP per capita as much as the United States, even half of the United States, China will become the world's largest economy and the United States will lose its position as the world's largest economy.

United States has a little over 320 million people.

And that is why if you look at the trend, those countries started getting significantly wealthier.

While wealthier countries such as the United States, the European Union suddenly had a very serious demographic problem where their population started going dramatically down.

So if we look at the long term trend, then it's a matter of time before those countries will overtake the entire western societies and they will become the dominant forces in the world.

China's GDP per capita is still around 15 thousand dollars, while the US GDP per capita is around 90 thousand dollars.

So China can still benefit from the rules for the poor countries.

That's what the United States does not like to.

Apple, for example, is one of the most successful companies that has ever existed in history.

And it became so successful not because of the US government.

It did not become so successful because the government of the United States suddenly called Steve Jobs and told him, listen, Steve, do you want like maybe 5 billion dollars to develop the iPhone?

Even when Apple became successful, the government of the United States did not intervene and helped Apple to become even more successful.

It was Steve Jobs who started Apple in his garage and he started building teams.

He started convincing investors to invest in his business.
