Hi, Harper's Bazaar. I'm Madeleine Hutch.

My first step is getting all of the makeup off of my face.

This is just makeup remover that I just stole from my makeup artist.

I watched this in one of your videos, I think.

So, the next step for me is washing my face with this amazing gel cleanser I've been using for seven years, probably.

Okay, so I just added water to my face, and now this is actually my favorite part of both my morning and nighttime routine, my heated gua sha.

And I do it with my cleanser on my face because it makes it, like, slippery.

I used to do this with moisturizer, but I felt like I ended up having it dry on my face, and then it would get, like, mealy and pilly on my skin, and it didn't work as well.

And then I always start where, like, the lymph node is.

I feel the lymph node, and then I pull it down.

Who knows if that actually does anything?

I need to add more water to the other side.

I go to an amazing facialist, Sarah Ford, and she has me on this face mask regimen that is so interesting.

Ends up looking like this really pretty green color that is the color of a lot of walls in my house.

This is an interesting mask because it bubbles, and I'm meant to rub it in to kind of stimulate my skin and also get it really deep in my pores.

And then I leave this on for about 20 to 30 minutes.

Foams up for like 10 to 20 minutes, and then I just take it right back off.

Oh, that's really nice after a press day, I have to say.

So after my face mask, I kind of just go a little rogue, whatever feels the most fun to me.

So right now I'm feeling quite parched in the lip department.

I've been using this Sol de Janeiro Kiss Lip Butter.

For years, it's always in my set bag on set.

It's just so nice on your lips, and it smells so good, like vanilla and coconut or something.

Now that I'm all vanilla and coconut on my face,

Again, I got this from Sarah for my facialist.

The sprayer is also really fine, so it just feels really lovely.

It does smell a little bit like pool water, so I'm just warning you when you're trying it, it's supposed to smell like that.

I think Tower 28 also makes one of these as well, that I like.

Next, and here's where it gets a little complicated.

I'd love to tell you what all of these things do, but I don't know very well.

I just know that they really work for my skin.

I've been using this for probably eight months or so now, and I love it so much.

I don't really know what it does, but with this whole routine together,

I do genuinely notice a huge difference if I do it every day.

Next in my skincare regimen is the Maestro from Skin Better.

I don't know what it does, but I like it.

Again, it's part of my overall skincare regime that works.

This one's a little trickier because it is yellow, so if I don't rub it in enough,

I do have little yellow streaks on my face.

And while that's tacky, if I'm traveling, if I only do this if I'm traveling,

I use the Shield Recovery Balm from IS Clinical under my eyes.

I just find that my under eyes get really dry when I'm traveling.

And then I will usually carry it up when I let it spawn.

I've been using this moisturizer for eight years.

This is the Hydro Boost Rescue Cream from René Rouleau.

I find that I need a thick moisturizer, especially if I'm traveling, and it's thick, but it's not comedogenic, which is really important.

So if you have never looked into this stuff,

I am acne-prone, and so I always look on Acne Clinic NYC,

I think it's called, and you can copy and paste the ingredients from the product's website into this amazing website, and it will tell you if the ingredients in it are comedogenic or not, and that's really important to me because I do get clogged pores easily.

Some people don't have that problem, so maybe that's not a tip for everyone, but it's really changed my relationship with my skin.
