So this is going to be a day in my life in New York City.

Past simple

I don't have my Tully's this morning so I had to go with a high brew with a triple shot black sugar-free.

It's a little bit different but it'll work for New York.

The plan for today is to take you guys through my regular day in here in New York City.

We still are kind of a little bit jet-lagged especially Michael and Wolfie.

So one of the things that we're gonna be doing today is my first meetup in Brooklyn.

It's my first meetup ever so hopefully people show up.

We'll see how many people in New York actually watch the videos.

But it is kind of dark in here so let me turn on some lights.

I don't know about you guys but like sometimes in hotels the lights are just so dark.

So I just ordered some lights on Amazon and yeah it's a lot brighter but you know sometimes you got to do what you got to do.

Like also because we are working here throughout the day so I do like to have my lights.

Oh and I should say thank you for all the people commenting on my Instagram telling me all the places where we should go, all the places we should eat.

We've actually tried a few of those spots already so if you see anything in the video that I missed definitely let me know in the comments.

Okay so what do you have planned for today?

Maybe because of where we are but like all day all night somebody honking and like siren.

I think the food quality is super good here.

It's kind of like Japan or maybe a little bit better.

I think the places that do food well, do food well.

I think it's going to be like a little muffin.

I feel like protein is like so trendy here.

Why are you having a picture of the bedroom?

While Wolfie and Maiko eat their breakfast, I usually don't eat breakfast, so let's do what I do.

As many of you know, I'm a morning person.

I usually wake up around 5am to take advantage of the time while the family is asleep to either work or get some sort of exercise in.

But today, due to jet lag, they woke up a bit earlier than normal.

So I'm going to finally try to get a workout in while they're getting ready for the day.

I opened it and the guy was knocking on it.

Usually, my first meal of the day is in the late afternoon.

It's usually a vegetable shake or some type of rough greens.

But since my schedule is a bit different today, I'm eating a little earlier.

Alright, so a little bit of salad before we start the day.

So you know, this is something that I don't look forward to, but I make it part of my routine just because I do eat a lot of food and sometimes all that stuff just gets all stuck up in your stomach and it just helps to process all of that when you have some fresh greens or broccoli or just vegetables in general.
