I of course have a very attractive audience here, one of which is Patty.

Right now I'd like you to take about half the cards, don't be shy, they're only toys, and place them over here.

But there's more, the fun has just begun.

You pull off the cap, you touch the pen, now it's a felt pen.

I can see you don't feel like laughing so I'll just write down the demonstration.

Everyone keep your eye on Patty's card as it goes face down between the two jacks, or giving us cojacks.

One card trapped face down between two jacks.

I'll take these three cards and turn them into a teeny tiny blowgun.

The very same kind as first used by the little pygmies on the palm shaded gold coast of deepest darkest Africa.

You grab the three cards between your thumb and forefinger, hold it to your lips, make a wish and blow.

Would you unfold the three cards and give me the sign six?

Having left Patty's hand flown through the air, dived inside the deck, and yes Patty your wish has been granted, the wrinkles are gone.

I'll do it one more time without linking the cards.

These two cards over here which are not important cards, and of course the sign Patty card, the six of hearts.

Keep your eye on Patty's card while we trap it face down between the other two indifferent cards.

That's right, two cards that just don't care.

But right now take your thumb and forefinger and give them to me.

Just grab hold of your sign card, just your sign card.

It's not a chocolate card or a hologram or an illusion.

I'll take the top card of my right hand, the bottom card of my left hand, you hang on to your sign card.

When I press it goes from being a straight card back to a bent Patty card.

If it was a cake it would be a Patty cake but it's a card so it's a Patty card.

It starts off as an okay card but when I press it goes from straight through the deck, inside my mouth and still is a Patty card of mystery.

We'll take Patty's card and put the wrinkles back inside just so it's happy once again.

I'll even take off one corner just to abuse it.

That's right, beat me, whip me, treat me like the pig dog I really am.

I place the signed piece inside my pocket and my other fingers take the signed card and tear it into itsy bitsy pieces.

Patty, place your finger on top of the three pieces.

Watch, I say the magic words hind behind which is French for low and behold.

Lift your finger up and we now have three separate pieces of paper.

We now have three pieces of paper magically welded together.

Once again making the streets of New York safe to walk through at night.

Once again giving us another cheap souvenir for Patty.

Now normally I wouldn't be telling you how this stuff was done but since you're such a swell audience and since I'm such a swell audience, I'm going to tell you how this stuff was done.
