episode 24 we finally moved into our new place to start a life together it was a long process and a lot of hard work but we managed to do everything in only three weeks I just want to get into our apartment and start unpacking so we need to go out to dinner tonight and celebrate celebrating every single night goodbye apartment we didn't film moving for privacy reasons but after a few hours we were all moved in it is the hottest day of the year and I'm going to get my last apartment inspected and they just like check for damages and blah blah blah blah but I'm gonna do that I'm gonna get some stuff to make some lunch and you just staying behind because he is getting the TV yeah so hot oh my I officially said goodbye to my old place okay so I think today is basically death day because literally I don't think it's safe to walk outside it's so it's like 90% humidity it's 84 degrees it's only 9 a.m. so I'm saying goodbye to my apartment because there's people coming to inspect a little dusty but yeah it's so echoey in here it's really weird but I'm gonna miss this place I feel like I would have decorated it a little bit different and got like an actual bed instead of a loft our TVs coming around 1 o'clock we're gonna go to the post office and change our address so the mail will come to our place instead of here and then we are going to go get bikes so I'm excited to get a bike that'll be nice using my phone right now because I didn't want to carry my camera yeah so goodbye apartment goodbye bathroom goodbye room I loved you you took care of me and yeah I'm gonna just sit sit under the heater because I'm sweating I like so much after getting a cleaning bill that was a way too much I could finally get on with my new life in our new place

Japan when I lived in that specific apartment you can see this video on my channel I'll link it down below my first apartment was only 9,000 yen a month deep in Aomori that place was interesting but not bad for a first apartment I don't think I truly had a legit home to live in and because of that I hope this home will be more permanent than the others honestly I love change so moving is exciting for me but lately I've been wanting a convenient place to settle down in so the one thing I really like about this apartment is the fact that it gets a ton of light and our balcony is freaking amazing like this one is gonna be decorated so nicely but yeah the balcony is so beautiful and then the one thing I really like about this place is the stairs I love that we have an upstairs so like we we have you want to come up with me look at this mess this is awful yeah so the one thing today is that so hot so you can feel the heat oh you turned off the air that's why why'd you put the pillows out there it is wait where'd you read that Japanese people do it oh so confused no all right so ignore my clothes here but this is where we slept because we didn't feel like dragging it up there also it's really hot so we were sleeping down here for now but I'm gonna put a nice desk there and workspace there's a lot of light that comes through here too which is amazing so we're gonna save a lot of electricity by not turning on the lights during the day the loft is so spacious this ladder is very sturdy which is awesome but yeah if you climb up here we have this like whole roof space which is nice being on the third floor because we have this high ceiling and yeah this is like a whole new room you can't stand up in it but you can definitely like hang out up here closet space lots of closet space this is my closet and then the same closet is in this other room and here okay I won't show it we have a nice little I like this brick here we have a nice little balcony here which is kind of cool and this is the other room we need to fix the air con but I love this space this is a good office space and we're gonna put like studio lights and like we'll put like a desk over here and then like studio here so put like a background backdrop I'll do YouTube videos in here and YouTube will do photography there's lots of light in here too which I love and I just love the high ceilings it's so great and the best part about this place we have a space to do our hair and everything washing machine but the one thing that

I've always wanted the most is well these are control what are these for oh this is for the fan yeah so this will heat heat up it's not a sauna right no this will heat up like in the winter when it's cold in the bathroom which is amazing this one is I'm not sure what this is what is this right for the clues Oh drying the clothes so you can dry your clothes in here and what's this it's like this circulating circulating air okay that's a good thing and then if you come in here we have our bath right here and the shower space oh shit it's wet and then this is the best part we have this is how you control the shower this is the shower temple temperature and the water temperature in general like when you use the sink and then you can also open this up and control the bath temperature but the cool thing is you can press this button and it'll fill up the bathtub for you and then when it's ready it'll stop and it'll call you from downstairs which is awesome and what is this this is for adding more hot water okay it is actually reheat or something okay so this is like reheating the bathroom if you haven't gotten in yet so it'll fill up the bath and then you can reheat it and then the best thing is like you can add hot water or more cold water depending on how what temperature you want and then this is like the on button and then you can control the temperatures here for both the shower or water and the bath so I'm also oh and you can add more water or like less in the water which is amazing I've always wanted one of these so bad kind of like your own little hot spring right here filling up the tub and just like sitting in nice hot steamy water so I'm gonna be taking a lot of baths I know I'm gonna take a bath tonight it's like so relaxing so this is a separate room which is awesome so the toilets downstairs which kind of sucks if you have to pee all the time in the middle of the night

Yuji is not old he just worked out like really hard and he also lifted all my boxes up the stairs yesterday so he's in a lot of pain

I cannot wear anything today it's too hot it's okay it's fine fine with me wait now we're going to get bikes yeah yay isn't this door like super cool it's like all wooden oh it's so so hot no matter which apartment you go to these are all the same you decided to go to a completely different station to get a bike

It has more bicycles all right I look like poop because everything's melting my love for you is not melting I can't like even if there's wind it feels like hot air blowing on you so they have like frozen drinks in here and it'll last longer when it's like frozen so I'm gonna get this green frozen green tea and it'll melt sorry it's not focused this looks really good those black ones I kind of like the blue yeah I think I got one of these it was really cheap yeah I think it was a 20 size 26 too but I think that's a lot of this lowest one I like the yellow one that purple one's cool too oh that's more expensive that's a nice bike though since a lot of people don't own cars and live far from the station you'll see a lot of people and families riding bikes to work school or the grocery store I don't have a car so carrying groceries can be tough so I needed a bike to make life easier it's so cool well it's expensive

I like your bike it looks really good so basically riding bikes in Japan is crucial because things are very far away the baskets useful because you can put stuff in it and yeah you live far away this is a must

I ended up buying a cheap bicycle since I was only riding at short distances

Ryuji bought a more expensive sports bike because he plans on riding it more often bikes are crucial in Japan but I would start out cheap and then if you really need to upgrade do it later I love riding bikes because you can go longer distances and find amazing and cool places to hang out we decided to ride around other stations despite the hot day and came across some cute pastry shops and we found some relaxing parks and other places to hang out seriously I have such a sweet tooth we stopped at this random river area I don't know where we are there's lots of kids playing it's hot AF I'm sweating but we got some like pastries and now we're gonna eat them I'm gonna eat my mosquitoes though just kidding we didn't eat our dessert okay so now we're back at our apartment I was gonna say hotel we're not at a hotel I just started the bath and then it turned on and it made this cute little music song sound and I didn't get it on camera but it said the bath is ready so I'm gonna take a bath in my beautiful new bathroom that's basically like a personal hot spring and then we're gonna get some sushi with uber eats and make steak all right it says the bath is ready and I'm checking and oh my goodness this looks gorgeous let's touch it oh it's so nice and warm perfect okay so if it's too hot you can add some cold water or hot water but I'm not gonna add that this thing here is to cover the bath to keep it warm because a lot of Japanese people reuse water which Yuji is going to be doing he's gonna be reusing the water I threw in the bath bomb in my Instagram story and I'm ready to sit in this beautiful gorgeous marble bath oh my god it's gorgeous so I took my bath and I feel so good uber eats does not deliver here we are literally just outside the line of uber eats which is so dumb but hopefully soon they'll be able to deliver to us so Yuji had to go out anyway and get stuff for his bike and he picked up some sushi so we're gonna have sushi and I made some steak with it and it looks like this yeah this looks so yummy it's like salad and steak also there's certain king cheese that I can eat this is one of them it looked really good this was at Madhu at zoo supermarkets I have some horseradish and garlic also there's a dressing that I got in here it is called chodegi dressing and it has no soy egg nuts or anything but it tastes kind of like soy sauce it has sesame seeds in it mostly and it's super safe there's literally like no ingredients there's literally nothing in it that I'm allergic to so I'm excited to eat this this is our dinner situation yum this looks so good I have my sriracha and kimchi and sushi and the meat that we cooked and Yuji's drinking beer don't know what I'm watching right now

Kaylee is being nerdy oh my god Spyro the dragon yay we got it working I haven't played this since Christmas cuz my TV sucked all right it is the next day and we didn't end the video properly so I have to go to work it's super hot outside and Yuji is I don't know what he's doing today he's a house husband right now Yuji's going to City Hall and this is my last week before vacation and then we're gonna go to Kyoto yay I'm so excited I want to go to Nara I think like one day I want to see nada again anyway thank you guys for watching I'll see you guys in the next video and don't forget to like this video and subscribe and hit the bell icon for more videos like this
