I know, but that's big for me and it's a weekly summary of my christmas times and this time my mom has actually been visiting since the end of november, so we've been hanging out and just going for walks, getting groceries, having chats and it's been really, really nice, it's all been done off camera and my mom leaves tomorrow.

So yeah, I thought we could put up the christmas tree, have a few christmas vibes because I'll be spending christmas again this year just with friends in Tokyo.

So that's that's the plan and the christmas tree, she's looking beautiful.

Also, as soon as I say goodbye to my mom, I got a call on the phone from my real estate management company and they're like, hey, you're about to renew your lease right, do you want to do it?

And I was like, yeah, they're like, when you want to do it, I was like tomorrow.

This is where my mom was staying so just cleaned it up.

I mean this monday is getting back into it, get back into life after my mum just gone and I'm I'm going to my first conversation of the day, my brain is running at 10% capacity speed.

I'm making pickles and I have a therapy appointment in half an hour.

Then we're gonna do half a cup of water.

Also gonna add a tablespoon of sugar also just put on some rice because I have some black vinegar pork.

I'm gonna add a few black peppercorns and then a little bit of salt lately I've been using Yuki shell which is a snow salt from Miyako Jima got it last time I was there and you can actually buy it at a lot of supermarkets in Tokyo as well.

I just finished my therapy session which was great.

I don't know what I'm doing now if I'm gonna eat a little more, I have to leave in an hour to get to the office to sign the lease.

I moved in March also after that I'll get groceries so excited for that.

So that was interesting.

Uh Some stuff happened that I did not expect this giant user.

I got insane.

I got there, we sat down and I thought I was like it's a bit early to be renewing a contract.

And we sat down and she was like, so the owner of the apartment, she's from china and she wants to bring her parents over to live in your apartment.

And I was like fun, they're kicking me out.

I love this place so much.

I was like, oh so yeah, but she was like but they want to be nice uh and do some negotiations.

So you have a few options.

She was like technically the contract is in your favor.

Um But if you just say I don't want to move, the owner of the apartment is gonna be pretty person and they will not be nice.

Like you'll have a bad relationship with them.

And I'm like I don't really want that.

She's like they're willing to let you stay for a few more years.

As long as you decide this is how many years I'm gonna stay.

Um And then afterwards you you leave and if you want to leave earlier you can and it's not gonna cost you any money to cancel the contract, it'll be for free.

And she was like they've said two years, We could maybe fight for four years and I was like what if I say 10 years.

She was like well they're not gonna like you and they're not gonna say yes.

And I was like okay let's fight for four years.

So we just had a discussion with them for four years and I just got a call from her saying that they agreed so I can be here for another four years.

A lot happens in four years.

What happens in two years?

Who knows?

But with four years I get an option.

Like if I'm done in a year, if I'm done in two years I can leave and there's no issues, gives me the most amount of time to be able to live my life in this wonderful apartment.

So I'm happy to have to know I have another four years in this place but it was a bit of a shock.

I thought I was losing my apartment like now and I freaked out.

But luckily everything's okay.

Also if you come to Japan you have to try this chocolate but it's a chocolate bar ice cream ice cream chocolate bar.

It's called taco and it's like a small amount of ice cream in some really good quality dark chocolate on the outside.

It's very thick and it's got a great crunch.

It is, it's really good, I recommend it.

I got groceries.

I got broccoli beans.

I got spinach.

She made your mushrooms.

I got sugar pan, big puffy japanese bread so thick.

I got an apple.

I also have these super cute little gushy like sunshine and uncle, but like autumn colors with yuzu and couple chops.

This is like one of the best flavors they've ever come out with.

I don't know I have a Patreon but I'm gonna stop doing the postcards which is a bit sad because it has been fun but it takes up a lot of time so I'm gonna stop doing postcards but there's two more months of postcards so christmas and new years and then it's over.

Yeah I'm gonna head to the post office send these out just had a little bit of lunch and I got some friends visiting the area tonight so I'm gonna go see them get some dinner with them and I got to clean my house because they're coming over afterwards to clean the post office.

I'm not going to film it because I get stressed at the post office.
