This brand was created by a girl named Alyssa.

She's from Japan.

Alyssa had to fly back to Japan after the 9 11 attacks.

She was terrified to board a plane after those moments, but she remembered a red cross worker who had given her candy to comfort her.

On her way back to Japan, she remembered a friend telling her that there weren't a lot of sweets that were gluten free and vegan and she decided to replicate the taste of Japan through some sweets that are gluten free and vegan.

She wanted to provide the comfort and safety to this friend of hers through these pieces of candy.
