  • Distraction is the enemy of productivity and multitasking is just intentional distraction.

  • Focus on one thing at a time and youll be amazed at how much more you get done.

  • The faster you drive a car, the sooner you need to stop for gas.

  • Take the time to relax and refuel and you won’t have to worry about running on empty.

  • And number five is don’t be afraid to buy your time back.

  • We become so used to trading our time for money that we forget it works in the opposite

  • direction too.
