  • Hey guys~This is Jen.

  • And today I'm going to show you some of my favorite products that I take with me on a short trip.

  • Now I do a lot of traveling.

  • So it’s given me a lot of time to be able to pick and choose things that definitely come in handy, especially when I don't have a lot of time and I don't have a lot of choices.

  • I hope you guys enjoy watching.

  • If you would like to see what my travel-picks are, then keep watching.

  • So the first thing is a Small Eyeshadow Palette. This is my favorite one.

  • I love the Naked Basics palette.

  • It just comes in this tiny, little, iphone-sized container.

  • It has a few different eyeshadows and then mostly neutral and matte, which I love, because you can never go wrong with a neutral-matte-eyeshadow no matter what kind of situation you are in.

  • And it has a really dark color, so you can do a smoky-eye.

  • Then it has lighter colors, so you can just do a every-day casual look.

  • It has a giant mirror, too. So you don't need to worry bringing an extra mirror.

  • I absolutely love this. It’s perfect, perfect for travel.

  • Another similar product is bringing a Blush/Bronzer Duo.

  • I have a couple of different options that I take with me, but this is one that I have a lot of people recommend.

  • This is from ELF. And this one is actually really known for being a dupe of the NARS Orgasm-Laguna Bronzer Duo.

  • So it’s a lot more affordable option if you don't want to spend that kind of money.

  • But it still has a really slick, slim, light-weight case, so it’s really easy to take with you.

  • The next product that I want to talk about is actually just Aquaphor.

  • When you're on an airplane, everything gets dry. Your skin gets dry. Your throat gets dry. Your lips gets dry.

  • So it’s really important to take some kind of lip balm that doesn't have too much in it.

  • You don't want anything too minty cause that can also be drying.

  • If you have dry elbow, or dry cuticles, you can always add this on to it as well.

  • Sticking with the theme of lip products, I think it’s so important to have a MLBB with you on any trip.

  • MLBB stands for My Lips But Better.

  • I actually have a whole video on my top favorite MLBBs, which I will link right over here if you haven't seen that video yet.

  • But this is the one I'm wearing today. It’s the Maybelline Color Whisper Lipstick in Rose of Attraction. And I really like it.

  • It’s very affordable and it’s hydrating. And it just looks really nice without too much guessworks, which I feel like if you are on the run, it’s really important to have one of those.

  • You also need some kind of statement lip.

  • I feel like any time I’m traveling, more often than not, I’m in the situation that I need to look pulled-together really quickly.

  • And I don't have a lot of makeup to do that. And my two gotos are having a statement lipstick.

  • This one is Stiletto Red by Too Faced. It’s their La Creme lipstick and I love, love this color.

  • And the second product is to have a really really great winged-eyeliner. So this is the one I've been using lately.

  • It’s by NYX and it’s their The Curve eyeliner.

  • When I'm traveling I don't wanna carry too many brushes cause they take up a lot of luggage space.

  • So it’s really handy to have a products with you that don't need an additional brush to be able to use, especially if you have to clean those brushes all the time.

  • Because to be honest, when I'm traveling, I don't to more than spot cleaning my brushes.

  • I love this one. It’s just a pen-style eyeliner and you don't need anything else to use it.

  • The next product I wanna talk about is a perfume atomizer.

  • I've been using these kind of perfume atomizers for a while now and they super super come in handy.

  • Everybody knows after a long road trip, or a long plane ride, the last thing on earth you wanna do is to step off that plane being kind of stinky, so it’s important to have a little bit of something to just freshen up your scent.

  • I like this one. This is the Travalo.

  • I’m sure you guys have heard about it beforebecause it’s a pretty handy product.

  • Basically, you just take a perfume like this. It’s the Jo Malone Nectarine Blossom & Honey cologne.

  • So I love this so much, but look how giant the bottle is. I would literally die if this broken in my luggage.

  • I mean my stuff will smell amazing but I'll be super sad.

  • So all you have to do is you just pop off the top like that. You have this little nubbins. This is like the same on all perfumes.

  • It has a little hole in the bottom. And you just fill it up by pumping it down.

  • It’s nice because this is really sturdy and I don’t worry about it leaking, pouring perfume all over my things and my luggage.

  • It’s just really lightweight and easy to take with you.

  • I actually keep this in my purse with me as well so I can spread anytime I needed.

  • If you guys want to check this out, I will leave the link down below and you can actually get 20% off on it, so that’s a really handy product.

  • The next product I want to talk about is actually an Eyedrops.

  • Eyes get really tired and red and dry, especially on airplanes. So it’s really important to make sure you keeping all areas hydrated.

  • And I especially like this one. It’s the Rhoto Lycee Eyedrops and I got this one from Pretty & Cute. (It) has a adorable little container.

  • I especially like keeping this handy.

  • Not just because your eyes might get dry but anytime you might be in a pinch and wanting to do, for instance, a liquid eyeliner.

  • And you didn’t to bring your handy dandy pen style liner you can just add this to a little bit of powder eyeshadow and make it work.

  • It has a little bit of the ingredient that will make it hold onto your skin better than just water.

  • Another product that I found is super handy and a little bit unconventional is actually having a Small Tackle Box.

  • And the reason is that anytime you might have anything little that might get lost in your luggage. This can keep it altogether and right where you can see everything.

  • So...I actually have a few pairs of false eyelashes in it.

  • But I also love to keep jewelry in here as well. So if you want a few different pairs of earring studs, or necklaces.

  • This one is actually adjustable, so I have a large compartment here, and a few small ones here.

  • And you can just carry it with you, especially if things are a little bit more valuable and you don't want to put it in your checked luggage.

  • And then finally my last product that is a must-have-necessary product for any trip I ever go on. It’s having a dry-shampoo.

  • Not just any kind of dry shampoo but one that's not in aerosol can. This is my favorite one.

  • It’s by Stila
. I bought it from the Stila website cause I found that websites like Sephora don't seem to carry it. But it is one of my longtime holy grails.

  • I've used this one for years and it has lasted me so so long.

  • It’s the Stila Hair Refresher in Jade Blossom, which is a beautiful scent.

  • It’s not too heavy. It’s not physically too heavy, either. So you can put it in any of your luggage.

  • Not to mention there’s no liquid involved, so you can carry it with you on your carry-on just fine.

  • If your hair gets a little flat on the airplane, or if you are wearing a hat and you just don't want to look greasy, or if you just need to a little bit of refreshing so you get a bit of volume....

  • ....just sprinkle a little bit of this on your roots and just kind of work it into your hair. It absorbs all of the oil and smells super nice.

  • I don't know what I would do without this. This is something that I hope I can keep repurchasing forever and ever.

  • So I guess that’s about it.

  • I hope this was helpful for any of you who are going on a trip in the near future and want a few ideas of things that you have to take with you.

  • So this is Jen. And I will talk to you guys in my next video!

Hey guys~This is Jen.
