It happened to me in private, but one day it happened to me in public.

Some TV host in Albania invited me on his TV show for a quick interview.

I said yes.

And I brought my girlfriend Ellen with me.

But little did I know that throughout the whole conversation, the guy was talking to me in guy talk, and that made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

At the end of the day, I laughed off his sexist remarks, hoping the interview would end fast.

But to be honest with you, laughing it off was not enough.

And guys like me should have stopped it.

What I learned from this video is that I need to control my reactions when I get angry.

But what I also learned is that I'm happy that I at least try to speak up because if we're not speaking up when sexism happens to us in our daily life, it's just going to keep happening.

We need to put an end to guy talk wherever it happens in private conversations or public ones, even if they happen or national television.
