  • $500 per pound With only one place in the whole world producing this dairy delight, you'd be forgiven for not knowing that moose cheese even exists.

  • Moose sisters Gulen, Hilda and, you know, reside at the Elk House in beer home Sweden, and only lactate for a short season lasting from May until September.

  • Their cheese has been likened to come on bear or feta cheese, and if that sounds like your kind of thing, you can actually visit the Elk House.
