  • Hi everybody!

  • Today's recipe is spicy pork Barbecue; Doejibulgogi.

  • This recipe i'm using pork belly, but you can use any cut of pork

  • Let's start!

  • This is one pound of pork belly I measured, then kept in the freezer, and thawed it out.

  • let's cut thinly.

  • The thickness is around 1/8th inch

  • let's make a marinade.

  • This is Korean pear, if you cannot find it use Bosk pear.

  • Quarter cup.

  • Four cloves of garlic.

  • Ginger, little bit.

  • Around half of a teaspoon ginger.

  • Done.

  • let's add it to the pork.

  • Let's mince green onion.

  • Minced green onion will also add a really nice flavor.

  • One tablespoon soy sauce.

  • And one tablespoon brown sugar or white sugar.

  • One and a half tablespoon rice syrup.

  • Instead of rice syrup you can use honey.

  • Ground black pepper, just a little bit.

  • This is sesame oil and I will do two teaspoons

  • Three tablespoons hot pepper paste

  • It looks so good.

  • Let it marinade at least thirty minutes, after that you can cook. You can pan fry, grill, or barbecue.

  • Sesame seeds.

  • Done!

  • We made Dwaejibulgogi today, it looks really amazing isnt it? So tasty I cannot wait to taste it.

  • Now, I will make a wrap.

  • Green Chili pepper please.

  • How about the raw garlic?

  • And, Ssamjang!

  • Putting sauce.

  • Wrap it up.

  • And make a pouch. So, this is small enough for your mouth. One bite, finished!

  • Delicious!

  • Really goes well with cold beer.

  • Today we made Dwaejibulgogi, enjoy my recipe.
