And today we're gonna show you how to make broccoli sub sea with basin.

And this is a recipe inspired by nearly Patel.

And, you know, you want to try and get broccoli in your diet and your kids died all the time.

So you're gonna buy it, buy a little bit extra for that.

But what newly suggested is that we washed these things and we cut him into these nice little bite size florets.

And then we leave it for about 15 or 20 minutes so that it all dries and there's no excess water on these forests.

Back over there on the stone we have, Ah, a skillet with a tablespoon of oil, and it's already heating up so it's ready to go.

So two or one tablespoon of oil, we're gonna happen.
