  • And today we're gonna show you how to make broccoli sub sea with basin.

  • And this is a recipe inspired by nearly Patel.

  • Thank you very much for this.

  • And it's such an easy, wonderful recipe.

  • And, you know, you want to try and get broccoli in your diet and your kids died all the time.

  • So this is like a perfect Yes, it is.

  • And I know a lot of Indian cuisine does not use Rock Lee, So we've had a lot of requests for people you know, show us how to use broccoli, and this would be a fabulous way to do it on rates.

  • So we have about 1/2 a pounds, eight ounces of broccoli florets here, and we've cut into bite size pieces.

  • Now, if you buy this from the store, they're going to come with these big stocks.

  • And this is the weight without these docks.

  • So you're gonna buy it, buy a little bit extra for that.

  • But what newly suggested is that we washed these things and we cut him into these nice little bite size florets.

  • And then we leave it for about 15 or 20 minutes so that it all dries and there's no excess water on these forests.

  • Back over there on the stone we have, Ah, a skillet with a tablespoon of oil, and it's already heating up so it's ready to go.

  • So two or one tablespoon of oil, we're gonna happen.

  • Teaspoon of cumin seat and lets them sizzle.

  • You're 1/8 teaspoon of asafoetida, one tablespoon of chopped garlic and green chiles, chopped to taste and cook it for about 15 to 20 seconds and we'll add or broccoli florets and mix.

  • Make sure all of the broccoli's coated with the oil and we're gonna cover and cook this for 2 to 3 minutes.

  • And once it's been salted, we're gonna cover it again and let it cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.

  • Basin is ready.

  • All right, let's check on the broccoli.

  • Oh, it's beautiful.

  • Pretty.

  • So now we're ready for the basin, and what we're gonna do is just take the basin and Sprinkle it so that every Florida the broccoli gets a little bit of it.

  • And without stirring, we're gonna cover it once again and let it cook for about five minutes.

  • It's been five minutes.

  • Let's take a look.

  • You're gonna give it a stern, and at this point, we're gonna take just a little bit of water and a Sprinkle it over the top, and this will help the basin coat on the broccoli, and we'll cover it and let it cook for another 2 to 3 minutes in another three minutes.
