  • It's a good question, but I got something for you.

  • The 10 things most likely to help you to stay alive.

  • What's number 10?

  • Clean air?

  • Well, of course.

  • Gonna clean.

  • And number 10 obvious.

  • What's number nine?

  • That is the least likely of the 10 clean air?

  • A what's number nine?

  • High blood pressure.

  • High blood pressure.

  • I was I've had it all my life and I was told you're gonna die.

  • You're gonna die.

  • Got a dying, and I That's number nine.

  • What's number eight?

  • You'll never guess, because you're gonna think it's number two being lean rather than being overweight.

  • We're not talking about obesity zombies, but just, you know, what?

  • I mean?

  • Like, all of us are overweight or Willie from lucky.

  • But that's number eight, not number two.

  • What's number seven exercise?

  • Oh, boy.

  • You know, force yourself.

  • Exercise old.

  • I'm exercising.

  • That's not number one or number two.

  • That's number seven.

  • Are you kidding me?

  • Now his one cardiac rehab is number six.

  • Of course, that's not most of you.

  • Okay, what's number five?

  • Uh, the flu vaccine.

  • If you don't get the flu vaccine, obviously you're more likely to die.

  • But I wouldn't have thought that would have been in the top 10 once.

  • Number four, quit boozing.

  • I'm not gonna quit boozing.

  • I booze every once in a while and on a fairly regular basis, sexually.

  • But that's fortunately number four.

  • What's number three?

  • Well, obvious.

  • It's gotta be in the top three.

  • Quit smoking, OK?

  • And we all knew that.

  • What is number two?

  • Oh, my God.

  • Ah, close relationship.

  • A close relationship that is critical to our staying alive.

  • Is that beautiful?

  • But that's at the top of the list rather than you know, exercise and quit smoking.

  • That's a topical is just about You won't believe number one, but I just think That's wonderful.

  • We are social beasts.

  • Um, number one, a community social integration, feeling a part of a group, feeling a part of a society, Feeling a part of my road.

  • Feeling a part of my town feeling a part of my co workers, feeling a part of my church, Feeling a part of my family.

  • Close relationships, not close relationships don't mean social.

  • They mean going below social.

  • You know what I mean?

  • That going, they mean telling somebody the truth even when it hurts and hearing back the truth.

  • Even when it doesn't make you comfortable, you're more safe in that environment.

  • Well, I think that's number one in staying alive.

  • I think that's beautiful.
