  • Hi.

  • Welcome to show me the curry dot com.

  • I'm tickle I'm a new Gia and today we're gonna show you how to make peace.

  • Burrata on Mahabharata.

  • Wonderful goodness of green peas in your burrata Stop.

  • A wrong can go wrong.

  • This recipe was admitted by Sonia.

  • So thank you so much for sharing it with us as a pretty easy recipe.

  • So let's get started.

  • So we're using 12 ounce packet off frozen green peas, which is approximately two and 1/2 cups off Queen piece.

  • They were frozen, so we basically defrosted them and rinse them and we're gonna put it into a food processor.

  • I try to avoid putting any water there, any kind of moisture.

  • They have the flavor off the peas and you're stuffing is not watching and running.

  • We're also gonna add about a tablespoon of garlic.

  • Hence Briggs of cilantro and a few green chillies Taste.

  • We're gonna have a little bit of salt to taste, and you're gonna just pause it now.

  • You don't want to make a based out of it.

  • Make sure it has some texture so that the number one it taste good and number two it's easier to roll, and you may have to push it down every once in a while so that it processes evenly.

  • And this is exactly how we want it.

  • If you could notice, you can still see some of the texture of the peace and where it's processed more.

  • It's little Pacey and a little texture.

  • It's gonna hold together beautifully in a skillet.

  • Over here on medium heat, we have one tablespoon off key been allowed to melt and heater.

  • You're gonna happen.

  • Teaspoon off human seeds are Jiro allowed them to sizzle.

  • Then at four in the green fees mixture.

  • Let everything blend in.

  • You can also adjust your salt.

  • At this time, I'm gonna cook it till moisture reduces.

  • So this took approximately two minutes.

  • We're gonna turn off the store and we're gonna allow it to cool completely.

  • So while our peas mixture is cooling down, we're gonna make the dope for the don't Stuffing mixture has cooled on people in the fridge just to get it going a little faster, Cervical.

  • What we're gonna do is we're gonna divide the mixture here on the dough into equal number of parts, and it's gonna make approximately eight Perata's.

  • So here's her dough.

  • It's been resting for a while, and we're gonna just give it one more final meet and again divided out into approximately eight portions.

  • And I also have some dry flower.

  • We're gonna use this to help us roll our Perata.

  • So we're gonna take one portion of dough and just make it into a nice, smooth ball and flatten it out and we take our dry flour and just dip it in and coat the ball and then start rolling when we roll.

  • We want to make sure this is a good tip for anybody.

  • Oughta is.

  • We want the edges to be thinner than the middle, so kind of put the pressure over the edges.

  • And when you come across the middle, loosen up a lipid.

  • Once you get to about a 4 to 5 inch disk, gonna stop and we're gonna take one of our portions of the pea mixture and again just form a nice little ball from here.

  • Place it in the center.

  • Now what we're gonna do is just lift each of the sides and kind of pinch him together at the top.

  • Once we get to the top like a tight pinch.

  • Twist it and remove the excess again.

  • We're gonna dip it in our dry flower.

  • Quote all the sights, place the seam side down and this time gently roll.

  • You don't need a lot of pressure to make this expense and roll.

  • It does then as you can without the stuffing coming out.

  • So before we started rolling out the Perata's, we had a We had a hover on medium heat on it is actually hot.

  • Put it on the hardcover.

  • We're going to allow it to cook at the bottom, and then when you see the color of the door changing over here, well, it around you can see the color of the door changing perfect time to flip it around like a brush and just lightly put some oil on the stop side.

  • Flip it around again, press down just a little bit.

  • Very gently.

  • Brush a little bit more oil on this side.

  • Unclip it one more time and it's cooked.

  • Take it off and put it late directly on the plate and be ready for the next one.

  • So much of what are already on green Fabulous.
