  • Today we're making a Kona Coffee cheesecake U two's best for creative things.

  • It's cooking and crap acting.

  • Hey, kids.

  • So the first thing we're gonna do is I actually prepared my Kona coffee ahead of time so that it could cool down.

  • It doesn't say you have to, but I'm thinking it's probably a good thing, but the recipe book that I have makes two of these cheesecake, so we're cutting it in half.

  • So if I happen to go, you know, back and forth, always remember that the description box below the video always has the true recipe, and it sometimes I miss speak.

  • So ah, lot of the times I misspeak.

  • So you know, don't take that into consideration.

  • One and 1/2 cuts of chopped macadamia nuts one and 1/2 cups of chocolate cookie crumbs This is Orio cookies, and it will take about half of a package of Oreos and half of a cup of brown sugar.

  • Here we go, and 1/4 cup of butter that has been melted and what we're gonna do is in this food processor.

  • We are going to bring everything together, you know, to do the butter separately.

  • But, you know, I'm just gonna go ahead and pulls this bring it all together, and then we're gonna put it into the bottom of our, um, nine inch cheese cake pan.

  • All right, so we're gonna put this in, and we're gonna try to get as much of, um, crust to climb the sides as possible.

  • So just kind of pat and push and push and make sure that the bottom still has quite a bit of covering as well.

  • When you don't, we're gonna put that on the side.

  • We're gonna work with the cheesecake.

  • So what I'm gonna do now is I have one and 1/2 pounds of cream cheese that it's often so that's three of the eight out sticks on.

  • I have four eggs that are beaten well, and so I'm going to mix this up with my beater, and I'm going to add in one and 1/4 cups of sugar.

  • We're just gonna go ahead and make sure there's all combines before adding in the next stuff.

  • I'm not gonna fold in our liquids.

  • Um, and this sour cream, So one cup of sour cream, 1/4 cup of very strong Kona coffee if you don't have Kona coffee, Just you.

  • Some very strong, probably Starbucks coffee.

  • But I just used, like, three times the normal amount of coffee that I would to brew something like that.

  • And then we have one tablespoon of coffee liqueur, which is, um, Cholula.

  • If you don't have it again, do not worry.

  • It's just a tiny, minuscule amount.

  • So we are going to fold that end, and then I am going to pour that into our crust that we created.

  • All right, We're just gonna pour this in here, and I'm gonna put that into my preheated 300 degree oven for one hour and 15 minutes.

  • The smells incredible.

  • It smells like, um, coffee.

  • I just clean.

  • I can't wait to dig into this, taking it to a party tomorrow, so All right.

  • And it goes, we'll be back.

  • Well, it did crack, but it will taste just as good.
