  • Hello, everybody.

  • This is Beth of cooking and crafting.

  • Today we are going to be making a no bake Nutella Ferrero Roche Air cheesecake.

  • You two's best for creative things.

  • It's cooking and crap have gone ahead and I've lined my cheese cake pan with a parchment paper.

  • And so now what we're going to do as we are going to create the crust.

  • So I crushed about 20 Oreo cookies, and this is four tablespoons of melted challenge butter, and I'm going to makes this up and press that into the pan.

  • And I am going to put that into the freezer and, um, tool that until we have the rest of this put together, put that out, compress it down.

  • It all makes sense threatened in there, and the butter will solidify it.

  • One sec girls going to the freezer.

  • This is gonna be a wonderful wait.

  • Thio have something nice and refreshing during this summer that you don't have to be into the freezer goes.

  • I have 38 ounce blocks of challenge cream cheese in here.

  • I also have two jars of notch a lotta organic hazelnut spread.

  • You also know it as Nutella.

  • I prefer this brand because it is just so much smoother on DDE.

  • I don't know how to explain it, but it's kind of like European chocolate to Hershey's chocolate.

  • You know, that's the only way I can explain it.

  • So what we're gonna do is this is at room temperature, for we're going to blend B three, uh, force of cream cheese and with the macho Lotte and I found out that their 9.52 ounce jar has approximately 3/4 of a couple since we need one and 1/2 cups.

  • I used two jars of that and we'll be using more later on one more entire jar of this.

  • So let me get this blended.

  • I have the chilled crust out of the freezer to this.

  • We are going to add our you tell her flash cream cheese filling, and we're going to throw that back into the freezer after we level it out and make it look pretty.

  • I put out the sides of this pan.

  • I'm not sure if I mentioned that's but since it's a no big, we don't want it sticking when we open it, so this will go in for at least an hour to firm up.

  • I opened my Pharaoh Sure Candies.

  • And now we are going to finish this up with the final can our jar of natural Lotte, will you spread over the top of the frozen?

  • Um, cream cheese?

  • We're gonna be thrown right back into the fridge for another hour, I guess.

  • To get the, uh, not a lot of spread up to, um, that cool mess.

  • But probably also to, um, help bring me temperature down on the frozen stuff here.

  • So I'm just going to play speeds in here.

  • Let's do a little bit of hazelnut decorating, and then we put in eight of these, and then I have a surprise for the very end.

  • I am a little bit more of the hazelnuts there.

  • That's about 1/4 of a cup or that little packages 1/2 of a couple.

  • He's about half of it into the frigid ghosts had this super huge for I don't know how to say Ferrero Rocher, Um and it was so cool because it came, like in this little thing, but anyway, I threw that they're in the middle, but it makes it look so ridiculously small that I think I'm going to remove it before I cut this.
