  • So after we're done with the side, I'll bring you back Now the most fantastic party is that we're gonna add everything all in at the same time.

  • Some water than I say is to be added.

  • But that's because we're in Hawaii.

  • A little amount that way we're gonna add, wouldn't have been proficient.

  • So I double okay, so the first thing you want to add is taco seasoning, one packet of taco seasoning, that one of 1/4 cup in general.

  • I don't know how much sodium isn't that, but it does carry quite a bit, and then this is a can of black beans, and this is ISS got about 320 milligrams of sodium.

  • This is why I don't season my chicken when I made dishes like that.

  • Um, it's a it's a couple of corn.

  • I just I'm going to use just fire can.

  • Right here on this is 320 milligrams of salt for half a cup in there.

  • Three and 1/2 cup And seeing why I don't season, I do get that, um that quite often.

  • So 3/4 cup off.

  • We normally have medium green here, Envoy.

  • So I had to buy this special, um, and then two cups of water.

  • And you do want to make sure that being rice is in the water, and then this was a medium high key.

  • So we're gonna allow this to come to a boil.

  • Once it comes to a boil, we're gonna lower that heat down just to I would say about medium and cook it for about 20 minutes.

  • Or at least until your chicken breasts are completely cooked.

  • I'll bring you back when it starts to boil.

  • It took about four minutes to get it to this really slow boil right here.

  • So I'm gonna wait another minute.

  • Let it get to Ah ah.

  • Fairly good.

  • I'm gonna turn.

  • Cover it with a cover and then turn it down for those 20 minutes.

  • We'll be back in about 20 one or 22 minutes.

  • It'll be dinnertime, All right, for the 20 minutes has passed on.

  • As you can see, it's going pretty good.

  • I did start once in between everything.

  • I'm gonna just double check that this rice, you know, as good.

  • And I'll make sure that my chicken is cooked well, through which I'm sure it is.

  • So then I'm just gonna go ahead and get some cheese.

  • I'm gonna turn this off.

  • I'm gonna get some cheddar cheese sprinkled over this, then just let it set for a couple of minutes.

  • Well, that melts if you have cilantro.

  • That would be a nice addition to this.

  • This was actually a recipe on the back of the chicken and grass from party.

  • Um, so I was pretty happy about that.

  • That made me not have to worry so much about what I was gonna be cooking tonight.
