  • when I first started working in the radio industry, Friday mornings had me looking haggard and exhausted before the day again.

  • Lots of people ask for advice on how to get similar jobs, but I think the best advice I can give you is to have the courage to follow your own path.

  • I know I waas and even though we're kind of a mixed bag of co workers, these are some of the coolest people I've ever known in my whole way, way, way, way.

  • Something I really love about Fukuoka is how modern its cuisine is.

  • As long as you know what you want.

  • And so I went for an avocado and snow crab cream I love.

  • It was still beating when I first came to Fukuoka.

  • I could spend endless hours just wandering around and exploring eight years later, and I still feel the same way, meandering from one area to the next time flies and before you know what the day is already over.

  • And although I'm pretty much ready to call it a day, there's still one more important thing I have to D'oh!

  • I'm glad I had a power nap on the bus.

  • I have energy to play with dog.

  • The first thing I do when I get home for the day is take off all my makeup.

  • A little trick that I learned is to use cotton pads as a makeshift face mask.

  • When applying lotion to your face, leave them on for 5 to 10 minutes while the mass restores a healthy balance to your skin.
