  • My name is Stefano Cordova.

  • I am the vice president of the global innovations.

  • Today I am going to show you how to pair coffee with food.

  • Coffee, just like wine, has an incredible way of assuming a different personality depend(ing) what you pair it with.

  • To start we have the Veranda.

  • It's a blonde coffee. It's roasted very, very lightly.

  • Light-bodied coffees go very with anything buttery and sweet.

  • I love it with the Madeline, with the croissants, and the avocado.

  • It makes this coffee unbelievable.

  • The second coffee that we have is our Pike.

  • It's a little bit more complex, has a little body.

  • This is a just a simple heirloom tomato and mozzarella touched with balsamic glaze.

  • It's unbelievable how this coffee transforms itself with a little salt.

  • To finish, one of my favorite coffees, espresso.

  • This coffee can withstand any kind of food, from beef to chocolate spread to brioche.

  • When you pair food with coffee, you aren't just drinking coffee, you're enjoying the experience of coffee.

  • It's a big difference.

My name is Stefano Cordova.
