  • to see how the band room looks.

  • I was once in Malik and Tim's shoes, man,

  • being a student here.

  • I will never forget the first day I walked through that door.

  • And Mr. Brown has been a part of my life ever since.

  • I'm just happy just to be here to help him

  • and seeing that he's been rewarded for all his hard work

  • over the years.

  • Amazing.

  • You know, John and I have said it a million times.

  • It's about paying it forward.

  • And you guys are the perfect example of that.

  • I mean, it's three generations of paying it forward.

  • Really, like John and I take so much pride when you have--

  • excuse me now-- you're making me get emotional.

  • It's visible this way of helping each other is passed on.

  • So it means a lot to us.
