Hi bartender. Can I please see the wine menu?

Certainly. Here you go.

This is a great menu. What do you recommend?

Do you like red wine or white wine.

I like both.

Of the reds, I would recommend the Australian Shiraz.

Of the whites, I would recommend the New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.

The French Rose is also very nice.

I will start with a glass of the Sauvignon Blanc.

Would you like anything to accompany your wine?

The cheese platter goes very well with the Sauvignon Blanc.

That sounds lovely. I will order the cheese platter as well.

How many glasses would you like?

Two please. For my husband and I.

I will bring over your wine and the cheese platter in a moment.

Can I also have some water as well?

No problem. Won't be long.
