Everybody makes progerin, it's what makes you age,

and she just makes a lot of it, so that's what makes her age faster.

In addition to premature ageing, some of the additional symptoms are limited growth, lack of body fat and muscle, loss of hair, visible veins, abnormal facial features, high-pitched voice and stiffness in joints.
