• between you and me: Said to show that the information is private or confidential.
• phone in: Call someone by phone, often to report or notify remotely.
• old school: Traditional or old-fashioned in style, behavior, or attitude.
• flip: To turn your body in the air, as in gymnastics
• swear: To say bad or impolite words to someone
• fade: To cause to lose brightness of color
• beat: To move in regular motions in order to push blood
